Just complained to Corporate, about your portion sizes and everything. The attitude from your employees when we asked them for a little bit more of chow mei bc they do one grab and put it in the plate even though my husband and I order two BIGGER PLATES bigger plates = bigger portions how dare you make me pay for two bigger plates with the portions sizes of a bowl. You are literally stealing from the people coming to your store. This location sucks it's been 3 times weve had problems with this location and Everytime we came in for our free plate they short us even more on the portions like we aren't even getting the other half of our bigger plate. The general manager helped us twice with those complaints and when he gave us our free plates he purposely did so much less. I know it's the General Manager bc who else wears a different shirt from everyone including managers. Gone here so many times that when we went the first complaint was because they gave my husband so much more on his bigger plate and gave me so much less on my bigger plate. Second time same thing, third time we both got small portions for bigger plates. This place just sucks and what even sucks more is that this is the closest location to us in the area, horrible atmosphere, horrible service, horrible portions sizes, and horrible management!!!!! Oh and btw don't give your customers the leftovers of the bowls, my chow mei was 99%cabbage...
Read moreASSISTANT MANAGER GABRIELLE is super rude with ZERO customer service skills. She needs to choose a different career. Preferably something with no human interaction because she has a nasty personality.
Let me start by saying that I would give ZERO stars if I could. I'm usually super cool and understanding so after THREE bad experiences, I decided to give this location another chance. Today I decided to go pick up some food with my brother in law. We went in at 6:30pm. The assistant manager instead of greeting us, very rudely asked "What do you want?". My brother in law didn't seem bothered and ordered. I was up next, I asked for Super greens and Teriyaki. They were out. She said "You'll have to wait 5 minutes" I said that was fine and she rolled her eyes and sighed LOUDLY then proceeded to let the cook know to cook those items. That was followed with "What else do you want?", this time with 10× more attiude then when she greeted us. At this point I had had enough, so I calmly asked "Do you treat all of your customers like this?". Her reply: awkward silence followed with her signature eye roll; she finished my order and gave it to cashier. I asked cashier if the lady with the attitude was the manager and informed me that she was the ASSISTANT manager. Her name was GABRIELLE. I will NEVER return to this location. Not...
Read moreI arrived with one person in line before me, and proceeded to wait nearly 10 minutes before someone acknowledged the person in front of me. They were roughly 9 people working. We watched the workers pack”Togo” door dash/Uber eats meals for 10 minutes, until there was a line out the door, once the line was out the door they proceeded to greet the customers waiting and taking our orders. No one acknowledged anyone standing in line, not to mention there was a younger woman who was doing the rice/chow Mein section, she had a star sticker in the middle of her forehead she was rolling her eyes at customers and when I proceeded to ask for a mangers name so I could call back at a later time, she screamed from behind the counter”why do you need a manager’s information anyways , you got your food”. The assistant manager was there, an older woman who hears the entire conversation, and the employee , and said absolutely nothing. I’m not exactly sure what we walked into , but the atmosphere/ vibe was not it, and neither was the customer service and to have a line of customers out the door, while you pack Uber eat delivery orders who aren’t not even there, for 10 consecutive minutes is beyond crazy, especially when I’m paying almost $40 for 2...
