My name is Leroy Nichols and I visited this Taco Bell and wish I hadn’t and I will go through the list of reasons. First off all I ordered and wanted was 3 Taco Supremes with extra meat , ez lettuce ,extra cheese and extra white onions which cost me $16.63 which I have no problem paying if it’s made correctly. The first order made was incorrect it had one portion of meat and I paid for two I asked for a remake which attitude was shown. Then received it and all I asked for was extra onions in a cup and was told I would have to pay for it . These young ladies and manager don’t realize as I stated to them I previously from 1987 to 1995 was a store manager after learning all the store had to train me. See I was around when shells were fried meat was cooked in a pan and beans were pressure cooked. The staff obviously doesn’t understand the customer is always right even when wrong and to charge for chopped white onions that are no longer made from a fresh real onion is sad and yes my time we prepped everything fresh. This new young generation is too worried about phones and hurt soft feelings which to me means your in the wrong business because even if a customer threw their meal on you you as a professional swallow your pride and as the customer to leave not fight back with the same energy. But that is beside the point I am appalled that I would be told I have to pay for something that last I knew is free. The employee must understand the customer ME pays your salary so if we the customers stop coming because of the lack of professionalism the owner or corporate would close store because we also pay that owner and corporate bills. I will not be coming here ever again and I see why your rating is 3.6 out of 5 so to anyone who Yelps or reads this search somewhere else cause this place isn’t it . And to the employees when and if you get laid off don’t wonder why your service speaks for itself. Maybe I should come manage this store and show them how you get a 5 star store and see the rewards of hard work and many more customers enjoying coming...
Read moreI would strongly suggest dashers to not deliver for this store. And for customers to not order online from this merchant. I'm a Dasher been doing this for almost 2 years. I came in Christmas Eve raining and everything to pick up an order for a customer. No greeting what so ever...... Waited for a few minutes then nicely asked an employee about the order...... Was told they're making it and then I ask to speak with the manger. Mind you the order was suppose to be completed and ready to go 9 minutes prior to the time that I arrived. As a Dasher key note we don't get paid to wait for an order but sometimes a business could be running a little late I look down and realized while waiting for the manager that they had just started working on the order as I arrived. Manager came and I try explaining the situation she cut me off and was very rude then degraded saying your just a Dasher. While that is true I've been doing this full time for a couple of years now this is my livelihood this is more than a job this is my business. So to degrade me is downright the most insulting thing about the whole situation. I had to text the customer to explain why I was cancelling their order. I then went back in to let the business know that I told the customer and they have elected to cancel their order and further elaborated about not prioritizing a doordash order I then had an employee argue with me and kick me out of the store then within 10 minutes elected to close their lobby and kick out the rest of their paying customers. If the owner of this establishment reads this review I highly suggest new management is in order. As I do understand is Christmas Eve..... You still should be professional and the way I was treated wasn't just wrong it was embarrassing........ Both for me and for taco...
Read moreTell yourself if you really want Mexican Food, Taco Bell may state they prepare and serve Mexican food, this Taco Bell is not anyplace you should consider in the slightest. Please choose one of the many local Phoenix area mexican, family owned restaurants. Certain any of them, even a low rated one would far surpass your expectations. Compared to Taco Bell, well what can really be said, no comparison.
Admittedly so, some of the local restaurants can fall a little bit short, however even the worse you could make an effort to locate will far surpass TB with no additional effort.
I can't name them in this review, I make an effort to never mention any direct competitor while reviewing any specific restaurant. I feel in fairness, and no direct effort I personally will not proved such details on any businesses review site. It will provide first an opportunity to remediate current issues, secondly, ensures I'm not showing any direct bias to any competitor. Also, their will be absolutely no bias on my part, nor possibility of redirecting one companies customer base to any other competitor.
TACO BELL has one thing I can state about the products they provide, low cost, cheap food. Do you want to consume a bland mixture of several pasty preparations that are as tasteless and low healthy nutritional value for yourself, family, your beloved children? I'm not one that would ever make my food choices for my loved ones solely based on the cost.
Try the local family owned, leave the large corporate and franchised money 💰 mongering businesses to sink. Choose healthy, nutritionally balanced meals that also provide the greatest value for every single dollar 🤑 you choose to spend. Keep it...
