This establishment has the worst customer service I have ever had. A few weeks ago I ordered three large pizzas to be delivered and it took two hours for them to get to my house. The delivery man explained that he had to go home and change out cars for some reason. So of course my pizza was cold but I understood the situation. I called the store back to let them know that it took two hours for my pizzas to be delivered and that I was not happy. I spoke to a man on the phone and he said he would put two large pizzas for free on my account. He didn’t say anything further except for asking for my name. Once I give him my name he said have a good night and hung up. I called today to order a pizza for pick up, but I only wanted one of them today since it’s just my husband and I. The girl on the phone sounded like she had never heard anyone talk before, she seemed confused or maybe she was new. Either way 10 minutes was wasted talking to the little girl, because i ended up asking for the manager. I explained the situation and he told me that he is the only man that works there and works everyday from open to close. Also, that my two free pizzas were not in the system. He asked if I kept my receipt from that order, I said no because that was almost 3 weeks ago and typically people don’t keep receipts for a pizza delivery for that long. Also, I was never told to keep a receipt to be able to redeem my two free pizzas otherwise I would have. I trusted this place and they let us down. We use them all the time and now we no longer will. The owner was very rude and said I needed to take my two pizzas now since it’s coming out of his pocket. I explained to him that it’s just my husband and I and that we don’t want the pizza to go to waste that two large pizzas was too much for two people. He proceeded to tell me that if I try to return something to Walmart without a receipt that it wouldn’t happen. He was being absolutely absurd and raising his voice over the phone at me I could barely understand him. He was interrupting me and talking over me and I got really frustrated and just told him I will take the one pizza. I’ve never felt so disrespected after talking to him. He was rude and his employees seem like they don’t know what they’re doing. We will never eat there again and I will definitely spread the word. This place is known for taking a long time to get your food, but two hours is absolutely ridiculous. The manager has no empathy and does care about anything but his own money. Very...

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! This past Saturday afternoon, I ordered chicken strips with fries and a piece of Cheesecake.

With tip and everything, my order total was $27! I'm starving and had an exhausting work week, waiting for my food and when it arrived there were literally LESS than 20 french fries that came with my order! The chicken strips and fries were cold and didn't seem fresh at all. So I call Streets Of New York and I sat on hold for a decent while, waiting to inform the manager of my issue and when he finally gets on the phone I couldn't even understand what he was saying that well since his english isn't very good! From the little that I did understand, he was telling me that was the standard amount of fries when I've ordered from here many times before and I've never really had any issues but when its you're day off, you're starving, and you're food arrives with 4 tiny, cold chicken strips and less than 20 french fries which that meal alone(not including the rest of my order) was $10 and I wouldn't of even paid $5 for it, it was that big of a joke!!!!

I do not recommend this place at all!!! Don't even waste you're time or money here when its like all they basically care about is saving money and giving horrible quality and service! Charging people a few dollars shy of $30 and only giving them $5 worth of food is ridiculous and a good way to lose all of you're customers/business! What you don't realize is that you're customers are what keep the business up and running!

Definitely NOT eating from here again! The amount that I spent here this past Saturday, I could've ordered from somewhere else and what I spent here I would've gotten at least 5 times the amount of food elsewhere!

AND if you order from here make sure you request napkins and to go silverware which even if you tell them more than once you're probably still not going to get it with you're order! Its happened more than once! This is the only place that I've ever heard of where you have to ask for something that should already come with the order! They don't even take 3 seconds to ask you if you need it with you're order! Smh

Do NOT even give this place you're hard earned money or the time of day! They act like you're money and time is a joke!!! I'm telling you!! Its not worth it! There are so many other restaurants out there and ones that are all about their customers and quality and aren't tight wads like the people who run...

If I can give 0 stars I would. Do not waste your time and money. Went for a nice dinner place had torn up bench seats on all booths. Looked around only about 3 customers at 5pm so I thought it's going to be quick great service. Starting off trying to read a torn dirty menu. Waitress was nice brought our drinks and places order. Started to go downhill long wait for empty restaurant first appetizer then pizza but no 2 kids plate well ok we can wait nope 5.10..15..what! Where's my kids dinners I can't eat in front of them so we waited stared at our pizza get cold n colder then waitress comes back saying it's going to another while. REALLY WHAT DO YOU EXPECT US TO EAT AND OUR KIDS STARE AT US. so minutes past our waitress comes back saying just a couple more well I can't wait kids are hungry pizza is cold no refills so we said forget it cancel the order for two kids plate thought waitress would be nice and we still would tip. NO SHE WAS SHORT RUDE AND IGNORED HUSBANDS REQUEST FOR TWO REFILLS seriously I wanted to yell at someone for such a horrible experience.she confirmed what type of drinks and then stuck her fingers in the two to grab with one hand. She never made it back which by that time I had it if she would of returned with the same glasses she had her fingers in.
