In drive thru and the kid in the window can't tell me which is the Malt and which is the Shake. I said you can't ask thr person behind you. He's says we are in a rush. I said I just spent 20+ and you can't even tell me basics of your job. The point of customer service to have the customer come back, not get pissed because you can't figure out what you gave me. Called on thr phone the manager and he saud the same dumb thing, like we only have 3 people. I'm like thats fine I'll wait but to rush me off and you can't tell me what you handed me is not ok. You just made it and or the person behind you did and you can't ask??? My dad has dementia do won't notice if his Is shake or malt, but I would. I can't stand a damn malt. I went to this location of Dairy Queen last week to get ice cream. I went through the drive through. I paid for my food with a $20 but my food was only $5.35 and they have me $10.65 back.. I was so confused . I kept looking at my money because I knew something wasn’t right. I had to check on a calculator to make sure I wasn’t in the wrong but I was shorted $4 . So, I parked and went in to let The store know, the girls that made the mistake instantly start yelling about me lying. They knew exactly the amount of change I suppose to have without even looking my way to see it was me. They continue yelling about me lying but I wasn’t. If I wasn’t shorted $4 I wouldn’t have came back for it. I have called the main office twice and still haven’t heard from anyone. Yes, I left a voicemail each time. Ordered a birthday cake and LOL. It’s clear that this is not a taught skill or even based off of a template. The whole cake wasn’t frosted, it used non dairy frosting which wasn’t requested, looked NOTHING like the picture, writing was sloppy the I wasn’t dotted, t wasn’t crossed plus unevenly written, decorations were incorrect, and spaced uneven. I even just asked for the standard picture version no modifications. What I ordered vs what I got. I’m not all that upset but if I had ordered it for a party or something fancy I probably would’ve been. Stars based off the cake not the place or people which were nice. This was $40.
