Customer Service is pretty amazing! They will almost always go above and beyond to help you in any way. Christmas Eve they were closing at 6pm. I was looking for an item I had never purchased before. This item comes fresh and in a can or bottle. I was not sure which I needed. I stopped a young man by the name of Christopher B and asked for assistance. He was already off the clock and had his family outside waiting to pick him up yet he insisted on helping me. He took me to the fresh artichoke hearts at first but then after looking at recipe it said canned artichoke hearts. Mr. B. continued to insist on helping me find this item. He took me straight to them. He not only helped me find what I was looking for but all the while with a smile on his face and very friendly. You don't find that type of customer service much anymore and he definitely deserves at the very least a big thank you and a shout out!! I hope you and your family had a very Merry Christmas, Mr....

This review is for the alcoholic department specifically. We went in there 2 days ago and mourned the fact that they had our favorite brand, but not our favorite variety of wine. The friendly girl at the register mentioned they could order a bottle or a case. She wrote down what we were looking for and said they'd call. We only asked for a bottle. Today got a call that a case of our favorite will be in TOMORROW and we are not obligated to purchase any at all. One will be on the floor, the rest in storage for now. No worries Hy-Vee......we won't be buying...

Store is a little overpriced. But the gas station staff and food is pretty good. They also offer food when they can instead of throwing it away. I would actually give them five stars. But for some reason the door is dangerous when coming in and out. I'm a contractor and I can fix that I don't know why they have people come out there to repair the door and can't do it right. But I still like them and honestly I'll give them five after they fix...
