If I could give zero stars I would!! I called to place an order for delivery. I gave the guy on the phone my main cross streets and asked if they delivered to my area or did I need to call a different store. He said they did and proceeded to get all my info and place my order. I paid with a card over the phone. After over an hour and still no pizza, I called the store to find out where it was. This time a different guy (kid) answered the phone and told me they did not have an order for me. My card had already been charged, but they didn't have my order. I assured him that this is the dominos I placed my order with as I just redialed the number from when I ordered it. No one bothered to call and tell me the first guy had no clue what he was doing and that I would not be getting my order. When I asked to speak to a manager, the guy on the phone said he was it. He also told me that I didn't get charged for it. I told him I was looking at the charge on my bank account right then and there. He then says that they would have voided it. Well....if they can't call me to tell me they don't deliver here I sure as heck don't trust that the charge had been voided. I asked him to run a report to make sure the charge had been voided. Considering the amount of time it took him, I think it's a safe bet that HE voided at that time. He did offer me a coupon for a free large pizza, that I would have to go pick up. The only reason I ordered pizza was because I did not feel like cooking or going out to pick something up. Read moreOrdered pizza and wings delivery used 60 reward points for free pizza from the W Deer Valley Peoria AZ location. Waited 45 minutes, called to ask where is order, because it shows completed. Was told by John that driver accidentally hit completed and there was mistake on food, so driver left later and was on the way with correct order and should be here in 5 minutes. Waited 25 more minutes called store again spoke with manager, she said the address was wrong and would reorder my food. I asked for refund due to over hour wait plus time for new order. Said she couldn’t do that. I said to cancel my order and asked about also refunding my 60 reward points, she said that she couldn’t but that I should explain the situation to the manager next time I ordered and see if they could give me a discount. If you as a manager can’t give me a discount, why would another manager be any different.. she had no answer. They had me on hold from the time I ordered until the time I spend driving to the location which is about 10-12 mins from my house. When I got there no one said hello or even acknowledge the fact that we were there. I had to say something to them although everyone turned and looked my way when the door opened. I sat there for 15 mins and my order was ready the whole time but no one said a word no one acknowledge yet again. My cousin order some wings and that took 10 mins to cook and they gave her wings away with a takeout order...so here we are again waiting for another 10 mins for them to cook her new ones. I have to say that I am very disappointed in the treatment today & I feel as if they need to have some type of customer treatment training. We sat there and sat there seeing 3 to 4 deliveries go in and out...... it was truly a bad experince!!
