Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Peoria

My mom and I stopped in last night for dinner as first time customers,my personal experience begins by ordering a california double combo with no 1k Island and decided to upgrade my drink to a chocolate shake as that’s what I get from in-n-out typically. We hear our number called so we head to the counter..When we received our orders the gentleman wasn’t sure which was who’s drink however I ended up with a very think what tasted like ice cream and not a shake.. I figured I’d give it the benefit of the doubt and wait for it to melt, however when I got home it STILL wasn’t drinkable so I had to put milk in it and stir it.. not a fan.. now the california double combo I received the fries were so small that we had to eat them in the car before making it home as they were already getting cold and soggy before leaving the place(cause who doesn’t like a good warm fry before/on the way home) so I opened my burger to which the bun couldn’t even be placed straight and the cheese was half off, fine, now the lettuce I received wasn’t even fresh looking it looked old and wilted, I don’t usually complain.. However, for $26 and change(including the $2 up charge for the shake) the quality this place delivers compared to any other place is sad. Next time we’ll save the $5+ and just go to in n...

Freddy’s is a huge family fav for us. We usually go to the Anthem location but we moved and it is far. Very grateful to have one closer to my new home. No more Freddy’s withdrawals!! As for my visit.....I was there opening day and I’d expect some hiccups but instead was greeted by friendly staff saying, “ Welcome to Freddy’s” and smiling. So much better than other fast food chains that just want you to order and move on. We visited as a family of 5 so there was quite a bit of food ordered and frozen custard concretes for each of us too. The gentleman that took our order was very thorough with getting our order details correct. I must say.... for 5 full meals and 5 deserts (and fried pickles) there was not a single flaw. Our food was fantastic as always and the service was great. We all enjoyed our meals very much. Employees even stopped by the table to check on things and took our empty trays. There are full service restaurants that don’t even offer that great of service but Freddy’s did. I would say I was surprised but I’m not. I have grown to love Freddy’s food and service and will eat here again and again. Welcome to Peoria Freddy’s!! We are happy...

Worst customer service ever experienced. Two times I ordered online and both times my order was wrong and cold. On the second order, I arrived 10 minutes before they closed and they waited until the cleared out the entire drive through before bringing out my food. On top of that, the very rude night manager, Jake, told me they are out of Vanilla and said he can replace it with chocolate. I told him no and he still did it anyways. Then I asked for a refund on the chocolate ice cream and was completely ignored. Upon looking in the bag, my order was missing several parts so I went to the door and knocked. An employee looked directly at me and completely ignored me. Knowing that she saw me, I continued to knock and was completely ignored. I called and Jake answered. He was completely rude and completely unprofessional. He even threw my missing items at me once he finally came to the door. I will never give another dime to Freddy's because of this experience. JAKE should be fired immediately as a manager and the girl who completely ignored me...
