BoSa Donuts — Restaurant in Peoria

I love Bosa donuts, but I’ve been disappointed recently in the service at the Peoria location. They almost always run out of donuts, but I take responsibility for getting there too late most of the time. One time recently the girl behind the counter, with AirPods in her ears, literally turned her head and walked away when I asked her a question. Couldn’t give a care for the customer. Then tonight, the final straw… I showed up at 7:52pm, 8 minutes to close, only to see all empty racks. I asked if they just put the donuts in back, and the girl said, “no, we just threw all of them away”. I asked if there were fritters left, she said “yes there were, but I just tossed them in the garbage”. Why would they throw food away before they close? I keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt, but I think I’m done. Sad, because I love...

Update: 5 Stars Yay! I’m so excited that they are officially open and it does not disappoint. I highly recommend Bosa raised donuts, breakfast sandwiches and their stuffed croissants are amazing!!!

Update: 2 Stars There was a communication that went out with updated opening info. Their website is still out of date but hopefully things will be open soon!

Came in for donuts but immediately got turned off by the display case (see photo). They have three donuts with nuts and rather than keep them separate so as not to contaminate the nut-free, stack them atop other nut free donuts piled on top. The cashier who helped us was aloof and even proceeded to move but-topped donuts out the way with the same tongs she was using to retrieve the donuts, contaminate even the donuts not in the same case even after I explained the nut allergy and the dangers of cross contamination.
