Just had a conversation with my mom regarding this location. According to her, she was at your store on Wednesday 1/10 prior to 1pm. She purchased two ice cream bars, and the total came out $7.09. My mom stated she gave the employee a ten dollar bill and a dime which the change should have been ($3.01). The employee gave my mom $2.01 as change, and immediately after is when my mom stated to the female employee she was shorted a dollar. The employee said she did not owe my mom the $1, but quickly changed her ways and said "I'll give you the dollar, and I'll just put a dollar of my own in the drawer". This negative review has zero to do with a dollar, but has everything to do with an employee making a customer feel as if she was lying, and that she would correct said issue by placing her own money in the drawer. As someone who has worked retail for years, I have been in situations where an employee of mine was purposely shorting customers, due to most customers not counting their change when they place the money back in their pocket/bag. I'm not saying that is what happened here, but why would any employee want to correct the issue by using their own funds? We went there hoping to relax there for a while and enjoy some delicious treats... OMG !!! We could not get out of there fast enough!!! There was a horrible stench of stagnant water! Not sure if they are having a plumbing issue or what the problem is but it smells horrible in there! Service was awful. The lady at the counter was having a conversation with someone who appeared to be an off the clock employee. There were no other customers in at that time and it almost seemed like we were interupting her conversation. All we ordered were two aguas frescas as to get out as soon as possible due to the horrible smell. They tasted bland and kind of watered down. Will most definitely not be returning to this...

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I went because there was 7 reviews with 5 stars. This reviews must be done from friends and families of the owners because that is not the type of service I received. The food is disgusting here and got sick from this place. I ordered a tosti elote and the corn tasted canned and had no cheese. Ordered a cup of elote with hot Cheetos and the corn was dark like it was spoiled. I don’t mind paying for quality food but this place is expensive and disgusting.
