Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Peoria

Terrible terrible!! Will never eat here again. I am a frequent pizza eater, use to order from here alot online, about a pizza a week. I ordered a pizza a few months ago and got my usual pizza which comes to about 25 bucks. However this time I wanted to add a 2 liter soda, so i called and asked the girl if she could add it to my order. She said no that it would be 7 dollars with delivery. Sounding very new, untrained, and busy because the time of day, I decided to let it go...fast forward to the drop off the delivery guy didn't have any change on him so ended up paying for my pizza and about 13 dollars for the soda. At that point i called the manager Sebastian and informed him of what happened however through the conversation he kept interrupting me so i told him to stop, which no doubt caused irritation on his side. I was refunded my amount for the pizza to my card so that the pizza would be 13 dollars from the cash i gave the delivery guy for the soda.which was ok. The next time i ordered pizza from there i used my acct that i always use with my pretty specific pizza chicken tomatoes mushroom and pineapple, and was given a 80-90 minute wait time on my receipt. My pizza arrived extremely cold and what had looked like a spiteful pizza with almost no toppings. I had my girlfriend call to ask wait times for delivery and they said its 20-30 min. Like it usually would have been but sebastian wanted to teach me a lesson. That was the last time papa johns recieved...

We called to place an order at 11:30 am and was told the pizza and chicken wings would arrive between 45 min to an hour! At 1:00 pm I tried calling and for an order already placed you push #3 and no one answered eventually I was hung up on! Called back and pushed button for new order and instead of answering my question of when the pizza would arrive he sent me somewhere where I was hung up on! By now I just want to cancel the order, get my money back and go get food somewhere else! Called back and demanded a manager was hung up on! Called and told the person who takes orders to either get me a manager or Else and finally a manager comes on the phone and tells me they have NO record of us placing an order at all today as a papa johns driver is delivering the order at our door! No receipt for my husband to sign! Never again will we order delivery from this Papa Johns! They have no customer service training, no practical way of telling you where your order is, and to have a manager say your order does not show up in their system but yet your credit card has been charged is terrifying!...

If I could give them a -1 I would. Customer service doesn't exist at this Papa John's! I have placed many orders online, and never had to worry about my order being right. I placed my order, and continued on working. Food was delivered, and I go to the kitchen, and I open the pizza box. It has pepperoni and some odd looking object in the pizza. It also, had a nasty smelling order. It had anchovies. I called and was trying to speak to Hailey. She said I wouldn't be able to get a replacement because it was on my receipt. I looked and yes it was on there, but who goes and look at the email receipt evertime! I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANCHOVIES, especially because my mom will not touch anything with any SEAFOOD. I know, I didn't place the order with ANCHOVIES. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she said she was, and then I asked for the GM. She said sorry not in today. Okay, well her tone, and behavior is completely unexpected. The system added the anchovies I didn't. All I wanted was just a pizza without the anchovies. Customer service...
