I have loved going to this place for years. But this is the first time going to this location. I had gone through the drive thru and ordered two meals ending my total in the amount of $22. And some change. Shortly after my card was charged I was notified by my bank of the charge that was showing it was 5 dollars more then what my Receipt had. After calling them to let them know I was over charged, the girl who answered told me they have a $5 dollar fee for running cards. I asked why they don't let customers know of this before running their card. She placed me on hold and several moments later she came back telling me I need to call my bank because it was my fault and they couldn't help me. I let her know I will be in to speak with management later that evening and she said not to waste my time since they didn't over charge me. I then disconnected the line. I'm just letting others know to please be aware of the transaction and to double check after leaving.. I'm not sure if this is something they always do but I won't ever be returning. $5 adds up is they over charge every customer that goes there.. . Be aware

In response to the store response; my bank didn't RUN my card, your employee did. So trying to make yourself look better after stealing from customers isn't what anyone would call "customer service " and I can provide proof that your location took more from my bank account. So when your own team members say there is a fee of $5 dollars then turn around and try to blame It on a bank makes no sense. And any right Manger with proper care of not wanting to lose any business would have done what is right. Then to go and bad mouth the customer who can literally prove more money was taken from my account by YOUR RESTAURANT Just goes to show the kind of place this really is. So out every other business I've ever done business with I've never ran into this issue until going to your location. So stop trying to say this is a fake review or lies because I can gladly provide proof here of pictures to show you that the only person lying is YOU and YOUR EMPLOYEES!. So let's just...

DO NOT GO HERE. The Manager (some younger girl who obviously needs hearing aids) took my order at the drive thru window which I chose because I had my toddler with me. I specifically said “CARNE ASADA BURRITO” and I even asked her if it comes with rice and beans in it, she said no, I asked for sour cream in it, she said okay. She asked me if I wanted anything else so I asked for a “COKE”. She said okay. So I drove up to the window, and 10 minutes later, the girl brings me a bag and said “Five rolled tacos with rice and beans”. I told her that’s not what I ordered. She asked what was my order, I repeated it to her, and she actually argued with me about it and proceeded to tell me I ordered the 5 rolled tacos! After arguing with her, she then tells me she did not charge me for the soda, and was going to charge me another $6.92! I told her to just forget about the soda. Then she asked me to come inside. I asked for what? She said because they have to fix my order since I changed it?? I told her I never changed it she just didn’t hear me and then I asked her for my money back because I didn’t want to take my toddler inside with me as he has Autism and it is difficult for us. The girl denied me my money back and said it’s on the receipt there are no refunds. My blood was boiling. I asked to speak with the Manager, and she said she IS the Manager. I said “Even better!”. The restaurant is very clean and inviting. I visited two different times and had wonderful and friendly service from the nice ladies working the front area. I was able to package up some salsa from the well maintained salsa bar while waiting for my food. The food was nice and hot both times with just the right amount of toppings on my tostada. I will say the beans are a bit runny for my preference but not a deal breaker. You can also get some chips to go with your salsa if you would like. They also have pickled vegetables if you like those. All items can be taken with you if not dining in. Containers and everything you need is right there. You can also get cutlery and napkins as needed. Edit - I visited this place on 7/10 at 610 am. Not busy and service is better at this time of day from the cashiers. Now, I watched the cook making not just my food but the person in the drive-thru. He was not wearing gloves. He looked at me and continued to cook without them even after seeing I had observed this.
