On 09/12/20 around 10:30pm on my way home my son asked me for some breakfast jacks. I get in the line of about 10 cars, now I knew the line was long when I chose to get in it so that is not my issue. About 20mins later I finally reach the ordering speaker and place my order, dead silence for about 5mins and then I say “hello”? The woman (Sue Henna) says oh I was helping someone else can I help you? I asked if she got any of my order from 5mins ago she says no. I repeat my order, she repeats and gets it wrong on the screen at least 3 times. I repeat the order again, still wrong number of sandwiches on the screen. A new lady (Amanda) comes on the speaker and tells me they’re not serving me and to get out of the line, which is not even possible. I am now stuck in a line I cannot get out of and have waited approx 30mins. I finally get to the serving window in which I have no food waiting and they are still refusing me service. I should be the one upset in regards to being in a line almost 45mins and being treated rudely. I demand to speak to a manager. No manager on duty. I see 3 women working. I tell her my review will reflect my experience, she “Amanda” says she “doesn’t care”. I explain to the lady that if they don’t like their job or cannot deal with what comes with customer service and/or the fast food industry they shouldn’t work there. I brought my money and patronage to that establishment and never deserved this type of treatment. She provides an excuse the girl is only 17. The problem is these big corporations have these “I don’t care” employees working for them. They are paying their salaries and entrusting them to run the business professionally and in a decent manner and probably in reality have no clue what is going on in their stores. The employees treat people poorly, get their paycheck and go home. These reviews and complaints get swept under the rug and the actual owner who it ultimately effects over time has no knowledge of it. I will be contacting the store manager (Imelda), the Better Business Bureau, and Corporate first thing...
Read moreOut of all the fast food restaurants I've been too in the area, I must say that the employees here were just amazing! I wish I would've thought to get their names at the time. They deserve recognition. I was greeted with smiles as I walked in, Not only was their demeanor and overall behavior incredibly kind and genuine.(No automated robotic-esq lines.) I was asking a question about the new Boba Milk Tea and the cashier taking my order brought me a small plastic cup with just enough inside to get a thorough taste. How kind and thoughtful! Who does that? So instead of missing out for fear of not liking it, I ended up ordering two of them because I knew I liked it!! They weren't busy so they actually brought my order to my table. And then offered to take away the trash & tray when I was finished! I felt as though I was at a regular restaurant and not a fast food joint. I came in pretty late but they didn't pressure me to leave. In fact the opposite they told me to take my time and just let them know when I was finished so they could let me out. Again who does that?? Not to mention that the food was really good quality. Usually at most fast food locations it's like a game of craps if the quality is going to be decent or sub-par. The whole place was immaculate. Every table spotless. The bathroom was also very clean. Long review short: I will go out of my way to come here just because of how awesome the employees are and how welcome they made me feel! The Boba Milk Tea is my new favorite treat! I hope the managers understand how great their current employees are. Thanks again for the great ending to my day! Will absolutely recommend this...
Read moreI thought I was missing a Med. fry. I call the store to be answered with, "Jack in the Box. Employee speaking."
That honestly should tell you enough insight of how some staff treat their job and more importantly your purchases when visiting this location. The women continued to just sit on the phone with long silence before between replies. Once laughing and making some sort of "whooping" sounds as if signaling a personal friend while on the phone.
No interest of helping, apologising or simply looking up the order. "If you're missing a fry and you were actually wanting right now then just come in."
As if their mistake is a nuisance to her and me wanting what I paid for is unheard of. She probably gives out free stuff all the time. The women referred to as "employee" could have simply looked up the receipt and corrected my mistake.
Forget this women and that Jack in the Box for that matter. I'd recommend the jack in the box just a little further on Thunderbird.
"Jack in the box. Employee speaking" How incredibly ignorant and a negatively deficient greeting to give when answering customer phone calls. We expected an employee genius. Just say "Hello, what can...
