Monical's Pizza — Restaurant in Peoria

So first off .. I ordered food last night for delivery and when the driver came she had forgotten half my order ! She realizes it when I’m signing the receipt and tells me I’ll be right back with my food .. I tip her $4 on a 20 bill so 20% but I call management and let them know my food will now be cold by the time the rest of it comes .. the manager has an attitude from the beginning but eventually gives me a coupon in the mail for replacement.. then the next day I’m checking my bank statement and they charges me not only for the meal .. but two other random suspicious $8 charges .. so I can again today and they say the GM will call me back after lunch … no one calls … so I call back .. the manager gets on the phone and says they didn’t charge me my bank did for the tip … and I said how does that even make sense when the charges are for $8 and it’s twice ! Mind you I’ve ordered from here before and never had this happen … she was completely rude after I tried explaining to her that no .. your bank doesn’t have a pending charge for no reason.. you guys have to run the card for there to be a pending charge and she just keeps telling me with attitude that it’s my bank ..I am disputing all charges even the first one and you can keep your...

Very expensive compared to other pizza restaurants! So my wife and I live in Chillicothe and the Monicals pizza closed in our town, so we drive from Chillicothe to the Willow Knolls Monicals pizza location to get pizzas. I understand ingredients has gone up but it’s getting outrageous when it cost $24 for a medium thin crust pepperoni and sausage pizza! We love Monical’s‘s! And always have, considering we have been eating Monical’s’s for 40 years! Nothing like it! But I wish somebody could do something about the prices or offer specials or coupons? Other than that super nice restaurant extremely clean and friendly employees , so we will definitely keep coming!...

Burnt our pizza and sandwiches. They basically forgot about us. We sat there for almost an hour before we finally reached out to the waitress to see where our food was. She went to look and said they burnt it. So they made it over again, but the order was wrong. So they had to do it again! The waitress was so sorry, but management never came to apologize or anything. I feel the waitress should have checked on us sooner.. we should not have had to reach out to her. They discounted the food, but they really should have given it to us for nothing after everything that went on.

I have never given a one-star review before this. I do not recommend this...
