Rude Report to Owner.... Shannon was taking an order when I moved up to pay I sat with my arm out streached attempting to give her my catd as my drink sat in the window several minuets went by and Shannon was waving her hands and rolling her eye about the person behind me whos order she was taking. Window was partially open so I could hear her being upset. Finally she finished taking the order and i waved to get her attention to pay and she opened the window and raised her voice at me ...WHAT? ...I said i need to pay and would like my drink. Shannon put her hands on her hips and leaned tword the window of drive thru..and yelled WELL..HOLD ON JUST GIVE ME A MINUET ALREADY!!!Isaid i have given you several minuets while you took that order and now would like to pay and have my drink that is sitting in the window it is hot (Shannon slammed the window shut while i was speakin)* out here..Shannon came back with my card handed me my drink.. started to raise her voice again and roll her eyes at me so i interrupted and said I wanted the manager. Shanned turned and leaving the window partially open walked away saying loudly this lady wants to complain about me because she didn't get her drink fast enough...it was her rudeness and un professionalism I was upset by I told the manager...Who was also rude saying i didn't understand she was busy and she. was sure shannon wasn't being rude..how insulting and condescending the manager was then she stated shanon is a great employee and has never had a complaint. .I stated. Well Shannon was Not beind great tword me and you can no longer say that about Shannon because I am now making an official complaint..and my otder was all wrong...very rude...
Read moreOrder on the mobile app. Placed order at 11:55 did not receive order until 12:30 pm. If I hadn't opened up the bag I would have got shorted two items! Not only was it short two items, I clearly paid for a whole order of churros, it says it on the receipt and on my online receipt that 2 were supposed to be in the box. I thought that since I already checked for the missing items, that at least the churros would have two in them! But of course when I got home there was only one, so once again I paid more than what I got. So all in all it would have been three items missing and still couldn't get the corrected items correct. The manager Griselda or whatever her name is, was very rude. Very passive-aggressive touching my bag touching every item in the bag to count them like she didn't believe me, cross-contaminating my food. Well in the process of that she also ripped the bag and didn't replace it. Send me on my way with a ripped bag all the way down the middle of it. Thanks a lot for taking my money and shorting me. Always open your bag even if it's sealed with the sticker on it! Because if you don't you'll be shorted three items like I was! This place has gone downhill ever since Kentucky fried Chicken is out of there. And this is like the third time they've gotten...
Read moreThis Taco Bell is also a KFC. I was trying to have some food delivered to my girlfriend at work through the grub hub app. On the app, this restaurant only comes up as a KFC. All I was trying to order was a grilled Chicken quesadilla, and some macaroni from The KFC menu. I didn’t think this was a big deal, but apparently it was. So I called the store and was trying to see what we could do to get what I wanted. I offered to purchase a KFC item with the same price as what I wanted, but have the quesadilla instead -but no one was about it. Why couldn’t I get my food that I’m paying for? The girl on the phone wasn’t helpful and told me to come in to the store and order it... if I could have come into the store I wouldn’t have been trying to order off grub hub! I ended up having to pay 2 separate KFC and Taco Bell restaurants and 2 separate delivery drivers totaling over $25 for just $8 worth of food. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more accommodating. In short, this Taco Bell/KFC is trash, lazy and unhelpful, please don’t order food from here, they will probably mess it up anyway. They are a complete and total waste of time and energy.
