Wildflower — Restaurant in Peoria

What an amazing experience. It’s hard to write a review about Wildflower Bread Company without starting with the incredible service. Often I enjoy a the opening of a new restaurant for the menu and quality of food, but I have to start with the amazing service. We live in the West Valley and it’s always important for us to support our local businesses. We have been looking forward to Wildflower opening a new restaurant in Park West. We found out that there was a soft opening 28-30 April 2022. Neither my wife or I had ever been to a Wildflower restaurant and didn’t realized what a treat we were going to have. We were greeted by a member of the management team (Sadie) who took the time to explain how the soft opening worked and what the menu had to offer. Another member of the team (Darrin), came to our table to thank us for stopping by. He gave us a brief history lesson on the Restaurant and further answered any questions we had. He and Sadie checked on us a number of times to ensure we were satisfied with experience. I don’t remember everyones name on the service team we encountered, but they were all fantastic. From what I understand, every Wildflower Bread Company has great food (including pastries) and this location is no exception. The Grand opening was yesterday and we went back to support the restaurant. My wife ordered the Almond Tuna Sandwich & Asian Salad, and I had the Rueben Sandwich with Mac & Cheese. Everything was excellent. We learn a lot from reading reviews and like giving feedback on our experience (Good or Bad) so others might make better choices to dine. The food was great. This is such a cool place to come and eat and even to just work on schoolwork or any extracurricular activities. Kinda like a cafe, but with casual dining twist.

I brought my brothers here for breakfast about a week ago and it was absolutely delicious. We made some alterations to their already classic breakfast dishes and they were more than happy to share their options and opinions.

I’ve ate here quite a few times, but it was my brothers first and they were totally satisfied. Our favorite was definitely the home fries lol. A wonderful twist to potatoes wedges for breakfast.

The service was just as delightful. Our orders were taken by Cassandra who was very helpful and patient while we were making our decisions. She also brought our food out to us and periodically checked in on us. Definitely great service.

The atmosphere is very welcoming as well. Big windows flooding the dining areas with natural lighting. Really cool music, everything from classic to modern and everything in between.

Wildflower bakery’s service is on point, the staff are friendly, attentive and do a good job at maintaining the restaurant clean and neat. The plates that I had are the Salmon Alfredo, and the breakfast chipotle sandwich which were delicious. The previous experience is contrasted by todays food choice. I chose to get the buffalo chicken sandwich…absolutely poor choice I don’t recommend it. It is served with chicken strips are flavorless and the coleslaw overpowers any flavor of chicken or buffalo. The bread seems to be a ciabatta but it was extremely chewy and did not have much flavor. I would have preferred the bread that is served with the breakfast chicken sandwich. Lastly, this sandwich was terribly salty, absolutely not my choice. Don’t make the same mistake by ordering this sandwich that is currently being advertised and New. Overall, from past experiences I would still comeback and recommend the restaurant, but not this sandwich. They have many other...
