If I could give this no stars I would. We attempted to order via the app and was unsuccessful! We drove through the drive thru to order and the woman that took our order had the worst attitude. She was very nasty while we were ordering and missed some items on our order on the screen. When we attempted to let her know that items were missing she came back to the microphone to say “you can drive up” very nastily and proceeded to cut my husband off saying “I can’t hear you” as if we were annoying her. We just drove off and em never ordered. The woman had long locs. We saw her as we drove by the window. We will never order from here again! Food is good, staff told us they were closed just because they knew they got our order wrong and didn’t wanna fix it. We ordered two combo meals through the drive-through, the girl said she’s checking on something after we ordered a sweet tea for a drink, she followed that by saying they have none and so we asked for a Diet Coke instead. After getting our order and leaving we realized they actually replaced the whole combo meal for only a Diet Coke… we came back to the drive through some 20 minutes later and were met with a “how can I help you” and when we asked for just tenders we got a “we are closed; this was at 11 and they close at 11:30. As we drove away we saw a car literally at the window getting their food… Such a shame this Popeyes was getting a good rep for food...

Ordered a meal for my family of 4 as I usually do. (3 Five piece tender combos that include drinks and an extra wrap for my daughter) . We did NOT receive our drinks with our order (delivery) nor did they get the order correct. It was for premium lemonades which cost even extra. One of these was clearly a blackened option for the tenders and I received plain. We did not receive all of our sauces which we also paid EXTRA for. I haven’t had a positive experience with this franchise in YEARS. This is unacceptable and our money is wasted yet again. A 3.77 refund through uber eats for 3 drinks is absolutely absurd and just doesn’t add up. I’ve lost a lot of money just letting this slide for so long but I’m over it. Order...
