I went into this HomeGoods in prompton plains and found a lamp that had a “HomeGoods” tag on for 59.99 yesterday. When the girl rang it up it came out to 80.00 + tax. I showed the girl the price on it is 59.99 and she apologized and said that was incorrect and she would take off the tag and put it back. I went back today to see if it still had the 59.99 tag on it and the lamp still had the tag so I tried to buy the lamp and they refused to honor the price they had attached to it So I asked to speak to a manager and the girl said she is the manager but her tag said she was a coordinator and refused to get someone else and then tried to give me a 10% discount because she said that the tag on it states it is 80.00 and I said that the tag you just removed said 59.99 and she repeated it couldn’t be honored and again refused to get a manager for me to speak to. I’m very upset over this because i really like HomeGoods and this was just bad all around and I will never step foot on there again. I will also tell everyone I know about this as this store should honor...

They dont greet you, they treat you like a nuisance, one of them seemed high because she wouldn’t blink or talk at all, today a cashier was speaking to a male next to her about drama the entire time and didnt say a word to me even when i was done, so i just walked away. The store always has great options, it can be a bit messy, but management needs to check...
