Papacitos Burritos — Restaurant in Perham

I've been coming to Papacitos for years. The food generally has good flavor, but they need to work on a few things:

1. Friendliness - Generally speaking, workers are not friendly and in a rush. When someone asked if they could sub out a different meat, they told her 'no' even though you can "BYO" for the same $$.
2. Portions - are really small now - 1 small scoop of what you ask for, even when buying the "Large". I went home with mine and doctored it up with a real portion of cheese, sour cream, salsa, etc. When asking for more, workers make a fuss.
3. Professionalism - Spend 15 minutes printing out professional looking Menu sheets vs. handwritten would class it up.
4. Thank the customer - I don't think I've ever been thanked for my business... a thank you goes a long way to get repeat business. (Chick-fil-a model)

Ultimately, it's "OK" and a nice option for Perham, but a good restaurant consultant or a management team that cares about their consumer would go a long ways to...

The lady that made our burritos was super crabby the whole time, rushed me through my order despite me being the only customer in the building (I can see why), gave us half scoops of ingredients, gave me attitude for asking for the "wrong" type of cheese on a "build your own" burrito, and was visibly upset by me taking half second pauses before saying parts of my order, which I only had to do to calm myself because I felt like I was being yelled at by my parents the whole time. To top that off, the chipotle chicken literally tasted like dog food, the rice was cooked al dente, and the whole burrito was cold. Definitely not worth the money, and not worth the emotional trauma. Never going back there. I'll starve first.

I hated my experience going to this restaurant. We got three burritos two build your own and one off the menu. When ordering it wasn’t friendly and I didn’t feel welcomed. When building my burrito they didn’t want to give me both rice and both beans I just wanted a little of both and they didn’t want to do that. Everything is scooped in like 2 tablespoon portions and that’s all you get per item. At the very end my burrito was tiny. It was like 4-5” long and maybe 1” wide for the regular burrito which is $9. Adding the same 2 tablespoon portion for queso is $2 extra. I wouldn’t recommend and I will never be going back. I’m giving it two stars because the amount of food I got...
