Friendly staff, Cable is on par, phone is obsolete but works fine, but poor Internet service. Internet is unbearably slow. Not sure why 0.5MB upload speeds are the standard with cable Internet, but they put a huge damper on how well the Internet works at our cabin, even on their 10 MB down plan. We'll see if their "Gamer" plan of 7 MB up AND down will solve our Internet woes. If I can ever talk with someone.
Customer service center in Detroit Lakes can't replace cable boxes. Tech has to come out. We got a high def TV and need a new box, almost 2 weeks to get a tech out to do the swap. Very poor. Should be an easy change out. No wonder their service centers were empty on a Saturday morning. I don't think they can do anything!
Long hold times. I would quantify, but as of now I have never actually gotten through to a technician. Left 2 messages (after waiting over 10 minutes in queue for their "urgent nature issue") with their answering service, no calls back yet. Been 24 hours since the first message and 2 hours since the second message.

Was promised July, then end of summer, and now end of September. Also found out someone canceled my construction order twice. If there was any other option available I would gladly choose them. I’d almost rather have hughs net again because they at least got things done.

Had Starlink for 4 years with 2 problems and Arvig for 3 days “residential” I have my business internet and phone with them too and day 3 it’s already not working so they want to send someone out a week later.
The amount of people in the area that complain about Arvig is insane I have yet to hear anything good about them they are a nightmare to deal with regardless if it’s internet or phone.
