Suds — Restaurant in Perham

My friends and I were stopping in town to grab some lunch. We walked in and we were the only ones in there. The worker seemed to be new and not really know what she was doing so I will give her that. But, one of us ordered a Bloody Mary and it was just vodka and Bloody Mary mix. Nothing else. My friend ended up having to grab hot sauce on the side of the bar to add to it so it wasn’t so bitter. We then ordered food and it all came out looking raw except the burgers. The burgers were burnt and the cheese on them were also burnt onto the burger. As we got our food we never were given napkins ketchup or anything. We also went around and grabbed it ourselves and while we were doing this she wasn’t even paying attention. And as we were sitting there a man came in and the two were talking and she straight up asked him if she could hit him with the fly swater to kill the fly. This experience almost felt like a joke to us and we will not...

The first time I went here it was magical. The second time was a huge let down. The food was uncooked. I mean uncooked microwave food. The server looked lost. It was her second day on the job. But to hand me uncooked microwaved food was crazy. I spent about $80 with drinks and all but I was ready to go get in my truck and leave. A complete 180 from my first experience. However. Since my first experience was so surprising and good I will not hold my second experience against them. I will give them the benefit of the doubts and come back a 3rd time . Might be better next time. So for that 7/10. I still like the place. I love the ambiance. And the people were cool. The owners were cool. So I still recommend going here. Just gotta do something about that...

Bartender seemed overwhelmed by common tasks and took 10+ minutes just to make 1 shot. Music was stuck in the 90s and with about 3 out of 19 lighting effects on at peak timing.. the bartender seemed to act like I owed her something.. maybe a kick in...
