The most insane experience I have ever had at an Arby's!
Issue #1: No clear line. Everyone who had ordered was just standing around, and there was only 2 people working the counter. Because of this, 2 people actually cut in front of me in line, because they came in the other entrance, and the people working the counter were not paying proper attention, mostly because of...
Issue #2: Someone needs to tell the Manager to calm down. She was constantly barking our orders and micro managing her staff, but on top of that, she was giving attitude to her customers as well. While standing with the rest of the lunch crowd waiting for my food, she called my number and I said, "Yes?" "Come get your food!" I was still waiting for my fries, which she didn't realize. So I told her my order was incomplete. She got me my fries and then I went and sat down with my wife and kid after waiting 20 minutes. Only to find...
Issue #3: My order was wrong. They gave me a BBQ Chicken sandwich instead of the BBQ Brisket, and a small fry instead of a large like I had asked for. (I dealt with the small fry and drink before I sat down). I went back up to the counter with the sandwich and they took it back and made me a new one. Again, I got some attitude from the Manager. "Whatchu want now?!"
Issue #4: Not a big problem unless your order is wrong, but the receipt does not show what you ordered. They at least took care of the issues I had, but there was no way to prove that I had been charged correctly for what I asked for.

Everything was hot. The peppers was poppin and the broncoberry sauce was buckin' just right. The curly fries cooked to perfection, and the sandwiches had been built with care. The store was also very clean. I didnt ring the bell but should have. Y'all made the day! Keep on doing what you do!!

This location started out with an older grumpy af woman working the till, very impatient and nicknamed Rainbow, I'm guessing it's because of her wildly colorful hair.
Our order didn't come out perfectly, BUT she made it right and acknowledged her error in processing it, so that's a huge positive on her.
