Updated review.... From 5 stars to 1 smdh I sure do miss the Texas Roadhouse of the past. Where service was a priority. Half empty restaurant with a party of 10. First we called ahead still took 30min to seat after arrival. We got split back to back. Not side to side although those tables are bigger. Ask, plead, argue with no luck. Why? Because they have no servers or wait they have servers but not open areas. Just the empty tables. At my request I asked for the server to move to the open area. Nope. Hostess couldn't do it, manager Courtney couldn't do it, so She asked the kitchen manager? Cuz apparently the kitchen manager dictates what happens on the floor. I mean it is a Saturday on game day shouldn't this be staffed bettter? Yet our server could not go to the empty areas. So half the restaurant sits empty. ( SEE PICS ) Anyway 10 people in 2-4 seat booths. I asked our server to please get us a bigger table. End result Courtney says I can wait for another server who will be in an HOUR for the big tables. My other option? Leave. Literally felt like I was 5 years old. "You get what you get or nothing at all." At this point I hope they hold the spot. We had the original server, but Courtney decided to serve our table. Apparently I was yelling although the original server said no. Voiceterous yes, mean no. BTW decades of restaurant experience here. Look at my reviews. Lets see what the food brings. So far the two tables next to us who sat after us have already received their food. The party that came in after us was done as we got our meal. Oh and there are two servers dealing with the two 2-Seat tables. Must be the new age of everyone shares not let the one who gets the big party enjoy the big tip. Some lady by the name of Bree or Brea was in at the tail end. I didnt get to talk to her but in the end our Celebration was upset due to this. I must be old is all. After all I cant wrap my head around not seating a family TOGETHER.
I hate bad reviews I really do can anyone please step up to the plate? You'll be my new fav restaurant.

Read moreI want to preface this statement with. I have been coming to Texas roadhouse for many years. I am 40 and have been to Texas roadhouse in several many different states. I have even been to this location about 10 times. I have loved this place and always considered it a safe good place to go. Now having said that. My wife and I had the worse experience last night at this location. It started with the waitress immediately having an attitude. I ordered a beer and a shot. Something I've done for over a decade and have done at this location every time I come. She all but called me a liar and refused to serve me. This is believe put her in an even worse mood. She took our order. We both ordered the fillet. She brought a salad, was supposed to be ceasar. It has no croutons. The steaks took 20 minutes to get out. We immediately noticed that the steaks had been cut in half, they were covered in fat and gristle. Upon further inspection, the steak was ribeye that had been folded over on its self to make it thicker to resemble a fillet. Only an idiot would have fallen for this. I believe the waitress did this on purpose. We immediately asked for a manager. It was a lady manager who also had a horrible attitude. She stank like cigarettes and claimed the waitress rang in the wrong steaks. What steaks do you have in the menu that are cut in half and folded steaks. This was done intentionally and the manager had no want to fix it or make us happy, then she also called us liars. We will not turn to this location unless those 2 are removed. It was 7pm on 11.3.25. The steaks was raw disgusting and cold where it was folded. This is...
Read moreWe went to dinner here last night . My husband, our nine year old and I. We waiting an hour for our table which we chose to do. . Got our table at 8. The waiter was prompt, we got our drinks and food order taken within 5 minutes of sitting down. The waiter brought us some bread and our side salads and it seemed great! After 50 minutes of waiting for our food. The server Robby, came over looking so disappointed and apologized for the food not being ready yet. He said that he will go check on it again. He came back every 5 minutes, each time apologizing, asking for us to please bare with him and that it should be done soon. After an hour and 20 minutes went by. We decided to leave , he said let me get my manager..he came back and said we can put your steaks in a box to go when they come out. In my mind, I'm thinking. WHEN will they come out? I said that I didn't really want to pay 75 dollars to take home cooked steak, 20 minutes away so I can eat it cold when I get there but thank you for asking. No manager really came, a girl came over to us and slapped a receipt on the table. (Courtney, maybe?) Said I'm sorry about that...I'm doing both tonight, we took everything off of your bill and left our table. I'm guessing she meant serving tables and managing, not sure though. Either way...we never got our bone in Rib eye steak or sweet potatoes. We left with nothing but 2 and a half hours wasted and empty stomachs. I was so sad. A major disappointment.
Side note- Robby was sweet and we still gave him a tip because he...
