Very frustrating experience. I have ordered from this domino's on a regular basis for years. We recently moved just minutes away and now we are unable to order delivery via the app. In the past I was told to just place a carry out order and then call the store to have it changed to delivery. This has worked for the past few months until last night. I was ordering food for my family because I was headed in to work a 12 hour shift. I did did what I normally do, but then I called to change the order to delivery and I was told I couldn't use the coupon because it was carryout only. The coupon was 5.99 for carryout and 6.99 for delivery. The person that answered the phone was very unprofessional. I had asked them to just change it to the 6.99 for delivery coupon but i guess that was too difficult. I was then told my card didn't process because of insufficient funds. I had explained I already paid for the carryout order and they just kept telling me my card was declined. I told them to just leave it as the original order and we would come pick it up even though I was short on time. Hung up the phone to get a call back once again telling me I hadn't paid and that my card was declined even though I had checked my bank and had paid. I talked to 3 different people before canceling my order all together. Needless to say my family had to fend for themselves for dinner.... don't think I'll order from this...
Read moreI've used them many of times sense moving to perry. My delivery guy was 20 mins late dropping my pizza's off and he was in the neighborhood. Yes the number was inputed wrong on the site. But if you circle around you will come back out the neighborhood he never came back out nor circled around for 20 mins. When he finally made it to my house he lied and said he was about to go back to the store with it because he couldn't find the house. I called the store and the Manager then lied and said the driver did come back and he just sent him back out to delivery it to us. Which was not try because still no tried to call because the right number was in the system once it was looked up. They became very rude until I said I'll bring the pizzas back and just cancel my order. No one was using gloves to make the orders that was coming in also. My boxes was not taped closed so I did not trust it when he was in the neighborhood for 20 mins and it's not that big of neighborhood for you to try and find a house for that long. Read moreUpdate: Ordered a couple of nights ago at 6:52pm "Again" this time the order arrived and I set it on the counter and rounded up every. (Seventy dollar order). My wife's food was not as ordered (without chicken). I called to explain to the store and they said they would get us the replacement order. Upon arrival on the 2nd delivery, the driver was very polite and apologetic. Took the food to my wife and again the order was incorrect (Still had Chicken on it) I rushed out and managed to catch the driver. We gave him the food back. Finally a third driver arrived, at 10:15pm with the 3rd delivery. The food was correct this time. They did apologize but nothing else. Not real excited about ordering again. The quality check doesn't appear to exist. It's just a marketing ploy on the tracking schedule. Make sure you check your orders. Good luck.
Delivery was on time. Pasta was a little dry. Needed more alfredo sauce. Otherwise food was good. They have good subs for Delivery. They could use more meat on them but for the price they are okay...
