Wendy's — Restaurant in Perry

I came at like 11:15pm today and my chicken nuggets where stale and cold, aswell as my fries, the were flimsy, cold, and tasted very stale. My boyfriends chicken sandwich that was supposed to have cheese on it had a tiny little piece of cheese. How do you even get a tiny piece of cheese instead of a full slice. It was very disappointing spending 15 dollars on a meal that doesn’t even taste like a meal. If the company is going to raise the prices on their fast food chain that is supposed to be cheep and now is not, than please teach y’all’s cooks to not keep food sitting and make the food fresh after it sits for a certain amount of time. It did not even taste like anything Wendy’s. Usually Wendy’s has the best food, but tonight was so disgusting, it didn’t even taste like Wendy’s at all, the fries are always thick and crispy but not tonight, and the nuggets are always juicy but aswell not tonight. It was like I was eating rotten food. And I wish they had given me my recipe but...

This is one of the new style Wendys with a nice patio sitting area. The inside lobby seems to have its own hours apart from the store hours. Be prepared to wait and make sure you have out your check book. Unless you get the 5$ biggie bag you will be spending a lot more then you expect, idk if prices slowly went up over time and I just don’t eat fast food that much but last I checked it was like 8$ for a fast food double patty with bacon and cheese. whatttttt ?!?! Wendy’s as a whole isn’t bad but I feel like they are trying to keep up with “new style” fast food restaurants (ex. Taco Bell, cfa, cook-out all updating the way they’ve been doing things to increase efficiency) a well I understand they wanna up-date in their own way, but it’s like all they did was change their look and increase their prices. Everything else is the same. Slow, expensive, mediocre. 4 stars cause they have always have the frosty machine running and will make fresh fries...

I will not go back to this place. Everyone looks so miserable and quite frankly it takes forever I’m a regular customer and I’ve been seeing things that’s been going on with all different types of managers in there and amber is by far my favorite. She is the only one that seems to care for the customers experience and has great service. Any time else I go in and there are different managers they are either kicking or slinging stuff around or being rude slamming windows in peoples faces. No one seems to care about the customers wait.
