Lived in Perrysburg most of my life and finally tried this place. Ordering was a little bit different than I expected. You place your order at the counter and sit down and wait, kinda like Culver's. Friendly atmosphere, random patrons fired up conversation for an overall nice experience. Food did not take to long to come out. First off the quality was top notch,in my opinion. The seasoning was just right, cooked to perfection. Even the rice was outstanding. The desserts were very tasty, loved the carrot cake cupcakes. Here are my issues when ordering I asked how refills worked, I was told they would come by and get those. Not once did I get offered a refill. I hate it when they swipe your card and flip the screen and tell you it's gonna ask your question. If I would have known the service was lacking I would not have left that big of a tip for the zero effort they put in.

A surprising delicous find in Perrysville OH. Coming from metro Detroit i pride myself with knowing what good mediterranean food should look, smell and taste like as it’s a family favorite . The best one however is still a contentious debate. Not touching that one here , lol! Lebanese, Yemenis, Syrian etc, this food is full of rich bold flavors , fresh vegetables and fruits. Zingos fits the bill solidly. It’s a bit eclectic and draws from a few different cultures , Greek, lebanese etc, their food is delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend that any of their wraps are prepared the ZINGO”s way, crisped in a panini press , fantastic. Another stand or was the fresh soups and sides including the feta salsa While the atmosphere may not be your traditional “Shawarma spot”, the food and service makes up for it. Recommend

I really like eating at Zingos. The Junk salad and the grape leaves are worth braving the snooty workers. But, as I am not eating meat or dairy right now I tried the fatoosh salad. I've had fatoosh at other restaurants and enjoyed it. I got 20 large chunks of onion in a small salad. I went up for a different salad dressing and paid .75 cents to make it more palatable. Generally, I hate complaining and am not at all assertive. But I felt they should know, so I gently explained I needed the dressing because I got 20 large pieces of onion. And the server just said, "yes, you got the fatoosh right?.. that does have large pieces of onion." So, just a heads up. Don't branch out and try new things here. Unless you really like onions; then order the fatoosh! Check out the picture for how big the onions were. I left the last 16 on the plate

I’ve been a regular customer of zingo’s cricket west since their opening, and I feel horrible for going out of my way to write a bad review instead of a good one, but there have been increasingly negative experiences that don’t sit well. I have worked in hands on customer service my entire employment and now self-employed career. I always stand pride in hearing out both sides of the story, customer and business provider. Spending the last 2 years working in CW I’ve become a regular at many of the food places. I’ve always enjoyed my interactions with many of the servers/baristas/bartenders at these local business and usually walk out thrilled. Unfortunately, there have been multiple times at Zingo’s now that I have not been pleased.

Last Friday (3/13th go figure) went around 6:30/7ish for my usual dinner to go after work. By the time I got home and settled to eat after their 9pm closing, realized I didn’t receive my 8oz hummus side but got the extra pita I always pay for. I trust the staff and stopped checking my bag before leaving because once when my side of rice was forgotten, I checked my bag the next time and received attitude. I also stopped ordering that since you never know if that’s fresh or dry. My falafel sandwich that night was also dry even with reheating. I usually don’t jab at pricing but you pay extra restaurant style prices for ”fresh food to go” that should still be fresh 2 hours later if needed. Safe to say the only thing I enjoy as left overs the next day are soups and salads from here.

So I work a busy schedule, couldn’t get in Saturday. Business closed Sundays as I was next door but I respect business hours. Monday starts quarantine for most and by now the hummus is not on my mind. I have been tipping extra as I go out since I understand most people are working overtime to makeup for people who are not and so forth. Which means a lot of people eating out. I tried to be productive by calling ahead today to place an order for my family and not just myself. I’ll admit I am a chatty Cathy, but had the employee known they were busy she could’ve nicely let me know. Instead, after hearing background noise but not hearing talking from the other end for close to a few minutes, I was unaware my phone had cut out during placing my order. As I continued to finishing ordering, she rudely asked ”how I was paying” if I was “prepaying or in store” because she had “someone calling in that had called in numerous times”. As I am a full paying customer, she rudely cut off my order (like in half) before I was done and came across bothered. I decided not to have my family place the rest of my order in store, let alone try and get my side of hummus reimbursed, because why should I have to wait longer since she couldn’t wait 2 minutes on me.

Called Perrysburg location to get a management number in and was placed on hold (like the CW location should’ve done) I hung up after 5 mins because I’m hangry and don’t want to take it out on others who deserve to get their orders in a time of panic. Seemingly clear they are busy with to go orders so in light of being frustrated with the customer service I will take my business to Burger King for an impossible burger.

Oh yes, also never mentioned I am vegetarian and my sister is vegan so I like to support local eateries who make accommodations for those like us. However, it is also clear some of the staff taking orders aren’t educated/up to date with the difference between vegetarian/vegan and what the items are on the menu. Learned this after I received a salad with gyro instead of my multiple times a week “House salad w/ soy/vegan gyro” and when asking for a remake, had to uncomfortably decline paying $7 extra in doing so to get it remade, all because of simple miscommunication. How hard is is to make me a new salad and donate the incorrect one to the homeless person on the corner looking for a meal?! I truly appreciate the few employees who have gotten my order correct and always been sweet & enjoyable. Unfortunately I will not be supporting Zingo’s CW...

Bad.... This is the 2nd time in 2 months that I have had a bad experience and so this review.First time, they forgot to get an item from our order. We understand it was busy, and things happen. But yesterday was unacceptable.

We ordered our food and baklava to-go. But she by mistake got the entire order as carry out. Fine , we understand server made a mistake. We asked for it to be plated so we could eat there. The server's reply, it was their rule that food send out of Kitchen can't come back in. So, we asked her to get us plates and she refuses to do that and asked us to eat from our boxes with the plasticware provided. We left the food there and walked out, even after having paid the full bill amount for it , with a good tip.

Ridiculous, what kind of rules are these...Zingo is a local jewel but with the prices that they have hiked in the 6 months , we expect better service. Staff to be...
