The manager is disrespectful the employees are rude . One morning I asked for an avocado bacon sandwich she gave me an avocado toast because it was cheaper and when I said this wasn’t the right order she had an attitude and told me this is cheaper like she was paying for it they never have nothing and the manager rude and his wife is ruder I know multiple employees who quit because of management. They say bathroom is out of service/employees only which I’m sure is not what the corporation wants and they never have anything saying coconut milk is discontinued while being owned by a another person they still have to abide by corporation standards if a item is discontinued there it would be discontinued everywhere . Daniel needs to be fired and so does her husband. They will lie to corporate and say they resolved the issue and havnt thank god for recordings cause I called 5 times and each time corporate said the manager said it was resolved which it wasn’t and they think I don’t have pictures I’m assuming here’s the one with the roach also have more of the attitude...

I had ran out off Kcup so I walked to dunkin donuts a block away got coffee for my mom and I, a bagel and French roll. I took a bite of the bagel it was hard and stale, my moms roll as well, coffee tasted like water. I went back to complained and got my refund. I got in my vehicle went to McDonald's and went inside to make sure I got fresh coffee, as I'm paying I was telling the cashier my experience, then said can I have some off that coffee my the drive thru, it was a full pot. She looked at me and said no I'm going to make you a fresh pot, I told her thank you. That's what you call good customer service, how awesome!!! I will never visit this...
Read moreA little bit of advise in customer service. I buy coffee here week after week. If I didn’t like my coffee to taste you don’t advise me you can’t re do it, unless I buy another one. You try your best to make the customer happy so the customer continues to come back. I wasn’t even rude about. The cashier said “I’m sorry, I would if I could”. That’s why you look for the person that can make those decisions. And the funny thing I was about to pay for it again. But I felt so not appreciated that I didn’t. I spend approx 1000 this year in coffee at this dunkin and seriously. Very disappointed. Hope you guys...
