We came here based on the reviews. Sometimes they aren’t correct. The place is lovely. New clean and inviting. Fun atmosphere. Music was good (loud for dinner service) Waitress was kind and got our order correct. That’s where it ended. They don’t understand food temperature. Warm is unacceptable. Lomo saltado was lukewarm warm so can’t honestly appreciate the overall taste . Papa rellena was ice cold so we did send that back. The seco was also Luke warm and super salty. By the time the new papa rellena arrives back we were done eating. Decided to try it again and it was cold again. Such a shame they had 2 chances and could not fix the problem. Please try harder and check food temps when the food goes out. Especially when something is retuned for being out of the refrigerator cold! ( I have to add that I never return food) but I should have returned it all and tried another restaurant entirely. With tip $95 definitely not worth it. I was excited to try this place because I love Peruvian food. The place is beautiful but unfortunately the service was subpar. My friend and I went for dinner on Friday, the place was not full and it took forever to get our drinks. I had ordered a churrasco and ten minutes later was told they did not have and that they would get me another menu so I could order something else, it took another ten minutes to get the menu and another ten for them to take my order.by this time my friends food came out along with appetizer we had order, no drinks yet . My order finally came out , i wound up ordering the salmon pixco which I found to be overcooked and dry even though the it had a sauce which I found too salty. I was vet disappointed. I went with my family, all started when they brought 1 plate first, 10 minutes later they brought other 2 and 15 minutes later they brought the other 2 remain
