Los Charros — Restaurant in Petal

My issue is normally this is my favorite place to eat, last time several mistakes were made on a To Go order and I Iwas promised a replacement order and told to come back when I was ready. I drove more than several miles to find out that they do not hold their end of the bargain! I drove way too far for this mess! One time a waitress spilled hot beans across the floor the the entire way to our table nearly burning one of my kids, I didn’t take to media then by now I’ve spent thousands over the years and at this point I work entirely to hard for my money. If I wasn’t promised a replacement i wouldn’t have drove this far. Management knew it was supposed to be a replacement but rang it up and asked for Payment, I’m disgusted and disappointed as they have always been one of my favorite places! I really don’t think I’ll be back after...

This is THE BEST Mexican restaurant I have EVER been to!!! I have always been the one to say I didn't really like Mexican food BUT now that has completely changed! Now I'm the one saying do you want to go eat Mexican!!?? But I just can't believe how amazing and flavorful the food is! It's not just some boiled chicken threw in a tortilla it is a juicy, flavor filled, meal that you'll be extremely satisfied that you gave them a try. Even the RICE is good!!! It's just amazing! We have eaten hear about 5-6 times now and every time it has been AMAZING! And the customer service is AMAZING! Everyone helps out I have never once ran out of my drink and it doesn't take long to get your food. And the prices are reasonable and well worth it!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIVING THEM A TRY!!!!!...

Our food was brought to us and it was wrong. The waiter didn’t check on us until we asked for to go boxes. I tipped him nicely in cash. I got the receipt and signed it and marked out the tip section since I gave the waiter cash. My bank let me know the next day that Los Chorros was updated the amount they charged me when I authorized a different amount. So I called and spoke to the manager and he said he could just give me cash and that it wasn’t his business that was doing that and it was my bank. I called my bank and they said no we are not charging you the extra $6, it is the restaurant. I just let my bank dispute this because I don’t do under the table stuff and I don’t want to be charged more...
