Subway — Restaurant in Petaluma

It’s a subway. The sandwich tasted like a subway sub. The lady behind the counter was polite, if utterly indifferent.

Your prices are indeed wrongs mentioned in an earlier review. There is a disconnect between the menu prices and the register prices. 20 cents here, 10 cents there.

1. I made it clear I wasn’t chastising her and I didn’t need a refund for 20 cents.

2. I pointed out that the signage showed $5.98.

3. I pointed out that the receipt showed $6.18 - pre tax.

4. Pointed out the separate tax line and grand total.

And this is where they lose a star from 4 to a 2, the employee shrugged and said, “Not my problem.”

It is your problem, you have to deal with the people wondering why prices aren’t matching. You have to field all the requests. You have to repeat the questions and problems to your manager. And I definitely could have made it your problem by asking for a refund. Your “sandwich artists” should not have to field pricing inaccuracies. And while I am a staunch believer in “The customer is NOT always right”, apathy and indifference is pretty...

Dont even want to give the 1 star. I am beyond frustrated. Go in to order with my toddler and I asked the girl working before I order do you have a restroom my child can use and she tells me no. But the person outside eating comes in and asked to use the restroom and she directed them to the restroom. A child really I did not even order walked out. They will not get my service ever again that’s for sure.This is the only location I ever have a issue with and this time...
