Soooooo nice to have a local business with quality coffee in this area! And it is also a huge bonus that as a person who can't do dairy, that they actually have non-dairy options without sugar!!! I am so sick and tired of going places where all their non-dairy options all have sugar in them. It is so freaking frustrating. I am just trying to get a good coffee with some steamed milk that happens to be non-dairy. If I wanted sugar, I would ADD it like everyone else who drinks cow dairy does. So to have a LOCAL business (which is where I want my money to go!) That also has quality coffee, that also has non-dairy options WITHOUT SUGAR... already a massive win. And on top of that, the team are all SOOO nice! I want a Java Jack's in every neighborhood in Petaluma! 5 stars, 2 thumbs up. And a huge thanks to them for making me the best coffee to go I have had in a long time. I am so happy I found them, and I will be back every time I go through this...

I'm in love with their iced Chai latte! (It doesn't have that stingy tea taste that some have, this is just a mellow, delicious vanilla and Chai spice flavor).

i got a green tea lemonade, brought it back because it was very creamy, i asked id the matcha powder had milk, they said theyd have to put on the glasses, but the matcha is very tasty. bad service, bad drink, bad knowledge of making drinks. its a shame cuz i live so close, but starbucks isnt that much farther, and will get it right the second time if there is an issue, not just gaslight your...
