She is very professional, VERY detail-oriented (she didn't miss one tiny thing), extremely talented & created EXACTLY what we had requested. The cake was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. I’ve been there twice (and final) since new management. Service is slow as molasses. The woman at counter can’t seem to handle more than 1 customer and she clearly needs help behind counter. First time I was there (under new management), I paid for my items and she proceeded to help the next customer without giving me my items and had me wait. This last time I was the only customer, paid for my items - the phone rang and she had me stand there waiting an excessive amount of time while she took a phone call instead of putting them on hold and giving me my items. When I told her just to refund me because I couldn’t wait any longer she didn’t know how to refund me and again had me wait until she could find somebody...

So I ordered custom cake and only had two requests. Which were to have chocolate frosting with vanilla cake. Second request was that cake to be colored blue or pink for gender reveal. I didn't get either request instead I got vanilla frosting and colored frosting due to executive design decision according to owner of bakery. The cake was not edible, no one at party wanted to eat after one bite. Too much buttercream frosting too. The cake was too dense and dry. I did receive a $10 refund with an attitude when I asked why my requests weren't met. After the tasting of the cake I was just embarrassed I wasted everyone's time and my money on this.
