Not one of their better versions. Whomever owns this one appears to have hired whatever kids would come apply and left town. No idea just speculation. I filled my cup with tea and paid for our drinks. I discovered on my way out that it was not what was labeled. So I went back in to tell them and change it out. I was met literally with a blank stare and a walk away. Poor thing she just kept on with whatever she’d been doing. So I had to choose something different. They weren’t gonna change it apparently. I thought maybe she didn’t hear what I said so I made a point of making eye contact and gently telling her. I got the exact same blank stare. So I realized she was confused. There was another employee who’d been listening in and when I glanced over I saw the exact same glaze in the eyes. It was kinda funny and I’m not gonna get mad over some tea. I have no idea how they figured out the taking of money for these...

I was very excited about this place, I am upsessed with tea.

However I went in today. I was not impressed. Yes the tea was very tasty, however it tasted like the tea I can make at home. The "fresh fruit" I was expecting was not that at all. It was put in a bar like plastic compartment. Oranges, cherries, limes and lemons. Seemed very unoriginal. The advertisements and pictures of HteaOs I feel didn't really paint the real picture. Some of the employees didn't have much of a happy attitude and not even saying Hi. I smiled at one guy putting more tea in a compartment and he didn't even smile or talked to us. He just gave us a blank look. The other girl that was working was also not chatting or smiling.

So my overall feel is I might not come back unless a friend or family or coworker wants tea on the go

That's some high-quality H2O, as some may say!... Employees are always so kind. The tea is incredible & water is very yummy. I'm also thankful they have LMNT for those hot Texas days that I need extra electrolytes on. ESPECIAL THANKS to Jaden for always going above & beyond to make sure service is amazing!!!
