The Growler Bar is a great place to chill with friends on any night of the week. They have a huge selection of taps and a wide variety, too. The pizza rolls are always our go-to, but they have salads, sandwiches, meatballs, full-size pizzas, and more. Check out the menu for more. The atmosphere is cool outside or in. There is plenty of seating inside at the bar or surrounding tables. There are plugs along the wall if you wish to work from there. They have coffee and chai on tap. Within the last 2 years, they added a covered section for outside, with TVs. There are heaters for the cold nights, and the tent can save you from a sunburn in the summer. A couple of cornhole boards will keep you or the kids entertained while you enjoy a beverage. They have sodas, milk, and juice for the little ones. Keep an eye out on social media for events like cool car meet-ups or trivia.

Growler Bar is a super chill spot in the growing town of Pflugerville, just outside Austin. I've visited a few times and always had a great experience. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. They're more than happy to find a beer that suites your taste from their great selection. I'm not from the area, so it was cool to see so many offerings from a brewery near my home in CA (The Bruery). I want to give them credit for having great good too. I've tried the meatball sliders, hot wings, and pretzel sticks. I enjoyed all 3 of these dishes and plan to try their pizza next time I'm in town. The outdoor seating area has been great. It has TVs with different programming on them. Overall, it's a great atmosphere to spend time in. Wish I had taken more photos. Thanks Growler team!

I've been to The Growler Bar a few times now. Last night my wife and I went for the bar's 10th anniversary. While there were a lot of people there the bar made sure to set up extra seating. Also despite how busy it was all our food came out way faster than I expected. We had the Spinach Arugula Salad, Potato Skins, Pretzel, and Meatball Sliders. All of the food was excellent and the service was fantastic. There are a few other bar's that might be closer to is but this one is by far my favorite. They have a system that keeps up to date on which beers they have on tap and how much of the barrel is left which you can check out on their website. I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for good food and good beer 🍺

The first time we came here was when COVID started. The pizza was … eh. We chalked it up to driving 20 minutes before getting to eat and the overall COVID rush. After a couple years we decided to give it another try. The Growler is mediocre, at best. This time we had pretzels, wings, and chicken and waffles. The pretzels were hot and delicious, the cheese dip tasted like it came from a powder. The wings were decent. The chicken and waffles were awful. The food was inedible - burned waffles and pieces of tenders, and the chicken was reminiscent of H‑E‑B’s Natural Frozen Tenders. We won’t be going back to The Growler. Can’t say we didn’t try.

Great selection of craft beer! Enjoyed their hot pretzels, wings, and of course, Pizza. Good place to gather with friends and family. This place has a lot of potential, if…. * treat everyone likes it’s their first visit, the beer selection is huge, be curious about your customers, ask them what they like and make recommendations. * Smile, and greet your customers! * Be positive If this place had more of a hometown/neighborhood pub feel, it will be even more successful. Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoyed our visit, loved the food & beer. Stop by the folks outside & in and ask them for feedback. Oh, and thank people for coming by.
