Before today, I had never been to a goodwill, and after today I will likely never be back. To say the least, I had some clothing and some bedding that I wanted to donate. When I arrived at the donation area, there were a couple of vehicles before me no big deal. Although I could tell the male and female employees were not having a good day. The body language and attitude carried by them showed the last place in the universe they wanted to be was at goodwill. To avoid issues, I tried making my donation as short and sweet as possible. When the female employee approached, she asked the location of my donations with Attitude. I advised that they were in the back seat. To no surprise, she yanked my door wide open, removed my items, and then proceeded to slam the Holy living hell out of my door. She then asked if I wanted a receipt. To avoid any issues, I declined and left. I had the thought of parking and going to talk to the manager. Then, I remembered all the poor reviews I saw on Google about this particular location. I realized then that just like all the customers before me , nothing I could say would make a difference in the attitude carried by the staff at this location.

OVER PRICED ! If you find something decent for cheap they stare at you like your a theft and like you changed the price, SAVANAH is one of the extremely rude ones ! I never seen a human roll there eyes as much as her while I payed for my few items , when something happens to not have a price she walks across the store to look for the “manager” (who is also extremely rude and has a stank face the whole time you visit the store) and comes back with an over price number for a simple little item that should be around 99 cents to atleast $2 . Not no $5.99 !!!! EVERYTHING HERE IS DONATED , there should be NO reason why it’s more expensive then WALMART oR AMAZON . And the craziest part I paid SAVANAH and she was checking my $5 dollar bill like a halk she put it up in the air , double checked it , was very convince a $5 dollar bill was fake ! A FIVE dollar BILL was fake ! Holding up the line because she was checking for a possible way for that $5 dollar bill that I handed to her was not real !! Lol Get rid of the manager ! Although I appreciate what Goodwill does as far as helping get people back to work and so on, I wish they would work more on how they interact with the customers who are actually providing them that opportunity. Every time I drop something g off at this particular location I’m barely greeted with anything. No hello, no nothing. I’m usually the one that takes the items from my car and once handed to the employee, it gets thrown in to a box outside. Some of the items I’ve decided to donate are actually pretty nice so to see them just thrown is actually discussing to me.
