Attention DM/Area Manager This store needs your help Popeyes is completely missing an opportunity to build off of this "chicken sandwich" phenomenon with the completely poor operation of this store and the manager. With a line wrapped around the building you would think that you would see the entire staff shaking and baking behind the counter. Multi tasking, cross functioning duties and just over all hustling that you see when a restaurant is in the weeds. To me the funnest part of the job! Well not here. First off the GM, or what appeared to be the GM as she was dressed a dark green button up, completely different everyone else. Was posted up with one hand on the counter and the other on her hip. Just staring at what appeared to be a monitor up on the wall. Almost clueless the amount of people waiting 30 min plus for fast food. I didn't see her ring in one customer, bag one order or pour one drink the entire 8 mins I sat right in front of the window waiting and watching. None of the staff was cross trained so as the line never moved the kids at the window had nothing to do but lean against the counter. Oh and at one point watching them make sample flavor sodas and compare them to each other on the Coke Freestyle machine. But you can't blame them as look who trained them. Then there was Wendy, oh Wendy. So much make up one she looked uncomfortable to break a sweat. The constant chewing of the gum with the mouth just so ever slightly open so I could see occasional green tint of gum as she chewed it. And those poor fries she just half dumped in the bag as she was trying to portion out the orders. I have to say this was all so tough to watch first hand but just knowing that were almost at the finish line to enjoy that jumbo juicy, perfectly season, chicken breast, fried so crispy with that extra thick breading that it is known for would make it worth it...........well wrong on that one. The first time we had it was exactly how I just described it. That perfect chicken sandwich. Well tonight it was soggy, mushy and a complete disappointment. I can not tell you how mad I was at myself for choosing to come here. See some may say, why in the heck such a long review for just a fast food restaurant. Well as a family tradition we eat at Chick-fil-A every Tuesday night after our daughter gets out of gymnastics and I have been pushing the wife for a change of pace. Well as you can see I lost my right to choose dinner after this catastrophe. Never the less the whole chicken sandwich marketing thing could have really propelled Popeyes and really boosted their overall business but at this rate it will fizzle out quick....

The service is always terrible; just atrocious. Allow me to elaborate. I used to drive through about once a week. After SIX times being shorted on my chicken tender count, I started going inside. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me six times, I clearly have an Addiction; a problem even.
Going inside did not solve the issue. The number of tenders was never wrong again, but the other issues are inexcusable. I'm regularly upsized without asking for it, and when I am, it's only the drink... I'm still given a small fries. Before you sass me, yes, they do charge me for it.
My last visit was at 5pm on a weekday, aka time for the dinner rush. Both tills were being counted. No problem, I'm paying with card; I don't need no stinking change. Nope. You and the rest of the line can wait 15 minutes for us to slowly count the till. What the actual hell is wrong with the management here.
All of that said, Popeye's spicy chicken is a siren song that I cannot resist. You have the best fast food. I would definitely eat here more often if I could trust... well......

Please learn from Chick-fil-A all their service never give any chances to complain. Please do not distill our money like that and we are hungry that’s why you come to your store and you guys are not giving us our food. Five year old kid was hungry that’s where we need even though he the one but I thought frame I choose late but what are the worst service ever get a hope I’m never going to get back again this location on a job is all over the Popeyes videos of this one I never ride this Depo review because I need to people need to know about this...
