Management needs to be MUCH more gracious to customers. I ordered a margarita on the rocks. When it arrived, it was warm and tasted bad. I added ice to cool it hoping that might improve the taste, but that didnt work. The manager stopped by to ask how we were doing and I let him know my drink was off and I couldn't drink it. We were met with resistance from the start. His demeanor changed abruptly and he became combative about my request. When i asked the manager to replace the drink with a frozen Margarita, I was told that I could not have the frozen one because of the differing distribution of alcohol or some other excuse that truly made no sense? He then said that he could rework the Margarita into a Texas style and as we watched he took the drink to the bar, took a bottle of Jack Daniels and dumped a shot in the drink. He then brought that same drink back to the table and at that point it tasted much worse. He came back by later and we had not even had any more of that drink because it was disgusting and so when I asked him to take it Off the bill he shook his head and said there was no way that was gonna happen. Then he pointed around the room and said the other guests are all enjoying the drinks, which I found completely asinine. That's when I told him that there used to be a day when the customer was always right I'm that people in the service industry used to politely try to fix something that we politely said was wrong. He walked away shaking his head leaving me without a drink and no idea what was to happen. The poor waitress was so self-conscious and seemed very upset about the whole thing she came later and took the drink from the table. Later, the manager returned to the table with his phone and showed a video of us putting the ice in the cup and blaming us for making the Margarita undrinkable. He failed to show the part of the video where everyone at the table tasted the drink and agreed it was disgusting, TWICE I told him that was very petty and that the only thing that needs to happen now is that we're not paying for that drink period.    Read moreI had the worst experience at this restaurant when I and my wife walked into the restaurant we waited for a long time to be seated we eventually just seated ourselves which should have been a red flag. We then waited for a waiter awhile longer eventually this guy came to take our order. A waitress had just brought us chips and salsa. The waiter then took our order and then brought our drinks. We waited to be brought more chips and salsa and to have our drinks refilled by the waitress. The restaurant was a little busy but manageable. I patiently waited for more chips and dip and I also ordered hot cheese with the chips. I'm not one to jump to conclusions so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I watched this particular waitress go back and forth to several patrons for about at least 20 minutes walking past me and my bringing chips and salsa to several other tables as we waited for chips and salsa with the hot cheese we ordered that has now gotten cold because we haven't received the any chips nor has the waiter brought our food order yet. I continued to give them the benefit of the doubt I observed for about another 10 to 15 minutes the same waitress taking care of every customer around us at this point it's obvious we were being ignored and at this point I'm pissed so I told my wife come on let's go we'll eat somewhere. We conveniently happen to be the only black couple in that section. I leave with my wife as I'm walking out now the waiter wants to be of service.    Read moreFood is amazing however we had a terrible experience with our service. Our server was Clara F. (At least that was the server name on the receipt) she started by not writing our drinks down while taking our order, she repeated back the wrong drinks, and even after correcting the order with her she still brought half of the table the wrong drinks. She took a while to take our order in a not busy restaurant with many servers walking around, and while taking our order she kept pushing a side dish to one of our table members after him saying he wanted beans. After a long while food was brought out by different servers and the same table member ended up with rice and the side she kept pushing (we arenât even sure what the dish was hence why he didnât order it) and we told the server that had brought out the dish that he didnât order that, that he had ordered beans, she said she would get them and that waitress never came back. We had not been checked on our entire dining experience, all of our drinks had been empty, and when our waitress had come back with the checks she had charged us extra for the rice and argued with us about ordering the extra side. We ended up just paying for it to not deal with an argument. We had asked for boxes and saw her aimlessly pacing around the store with our boxes for about 10 minutes not really accomplishing anything in that time.
