Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Phenix City

So I am going to say this.... Normally my husband picks up our stuff. They never made my subs because I didnt know I was supposed to "check in" because I didnt see anyone else doing it. I just waited by the pick up station and never told them i was here. That being said, it was so busy that the seating was all full and people were standing everywhere. I waited over an hour and a half from the time I ordered , very patiently. When the man found out I was there, he gave me free subs and apologized. I had a new experience while I waited.....

The employees here are the hardest working, kindest and most down to earth people I have ever met in my life!! One lady jogged to get something for a customer! She put ALL her effort in! The cooks and preparers had that sh#&. going like a machine!!!! I am so impressed with how they fixed it, how they operated and the food is ALWAYS FANTASTIC!!! Everyone makes mistakes, its how you handle it...

This place is the most amazing food place I've ever been to!! They are so loving and kind every time we come in here! These people are the most kind hearted people you will ever meet, they always care how you are doing and do everything perfectly! 10/10 would come here every day...

I went on their second day open and it was very welcoming, very friendly, and very fast. Least but not last that chicken Philly is OFF THE CHAIN!! My manager also wanted to add that her ham and cheese only sandwich was the best tasting one she had in AWHILE! Y’all...
