I had to ask before ordering because I'm allergic to gluten. A nice lady out front said we could talk to the cook, we did and he agreed to clean a section of the grill to cook me an omelet. Food was fine, though expensive -$18. What ruined the experience was as I sat down after ordering at the counter there was a woman in my face telling me to use the qr code to order. I said I ordered already. She said that's to go...I said ok, well I want it for here. She refused to change it and acted like I needed to get up, I said I'm sitting, and I said it nicely but firmly. She got pissy and said I just work here and it's the rule. I almost said Yes and I'm ignoring you...but I just ignored her and she went away. The lady behind the counter changed it to an order for there with no problem. But then as I was finishing I looked up to see her glowering at me from across the bar! If I have to walk through the whole terminal to find gluten free food then get to pay an outrageous amount for it I would at least like to eat it in peace.

Let me explain about a Chicken and Cheese sandwich with french fries…the bread was great the chicken was so awefully dry, the advertised provolone cheese was absent as well as the onions was a terrible shredded chicken sandwich..for the price it should have more and different ingredients…the french fries were soft I could say almost mushy…I left the fries and half a sandwich…the price was absurd on top of it the bad quality…no prices advertised should be prohibited at the airport or anywhere else…..ON TOP OF THE TOP I got FOOD POISIONING THERE…I am still recuperating from Tuesday’s meal…But because it is an airport one night stand people go away without any consecuences for them..I even told a gentleman in front of me not to order it…maybe at least I saved his day…Why would you run a joint like that with prices like that with a look like decent setting and no one to be able to cook a decent flavorful healthy meal with someone to supervise the kitchen and their cooks? Read moreHorrible experience twice, same person. Seems as if the behavior is tolerated. Clearly she is toxic to the business. First experience the cook, got my order wrong and gave the server and me a problem and nasty looks when told it was incorrect. The second, I was having a problem with the iPad and getting my order in so I asked for a server. The server had problems with multiple iPads and in a display of great customer service attempted to verbally put my order in with the cook. The cook responded by yelling NO! Then told the server they already started putting the breakfast food away so she wasn’t done! This was approx 10:25a breakfast is scheduled to end at 10:30a and was still on the iPad menu. This place would be a lot better if there were more staff like Erin(Server- request her) who went above and beyond responsibility and went across the hall to another location to get a breakfast sandwich for me.
