DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!! The food was NASTY. The rueben sandwich I ordered was cold and nasty and they gave me the wrong bread. The garlic Parmesan wings were so nasty that my boyfriend didn’t even finish them. They had no flavor. They had some mystery stuff on one of the celery sticks, the fries were sitting in a pool of oil, and the fries had nooooo flavor. The food was bland and also made our stomachs hurt after eating the little that we ate. I called the store to tell them my experience and what was wrong with the food and the owner Alex didn’t care and said “I don’t know what to tell you”. He took absolutely no accountability for how bad the food was and even blamed the people for their bad ratings on Google and he said that was under different management (which is a lie). Although my family and I order from here on a frequent basis, the service we received tonight was absolutely laughable. I thought I was in the twilight zone or that Ashton Kutcher was going to jump out and Punk me! I wanted a SIMPLE menu change to my order. One small substitution for an order with a sizable total. The woman that took my call could not deviate from the computer and accommodate my simple request. After going around in circles with her for about 15 minutes, I was defeated. I ordered pancakes and French toast with bacon and eggs with grits on the side. The pancakes tasted like rubber. The eggs were so dry and tasteless. The grits tasted like water. I can’t believe it was this nasty. Like unacceptably nasty. It made me sick. So not order breakfast from this place at all! And when I called to receive a refund, they lied about the time delivery time which took over an hr. And stated they would not refund me because of the time they delivered.
