Grocery Outlet — Local services in Philadelphia

This store is very clean and organized. They have great deals on a lot of name brand products, and a few brands I've never seen before. My only issue would be that sometimes they only have a small quantity of certain produce, but they had enough for everything I needed. I bought some salmon and chicken from here and was very impressed with the quality (especially the salmon). I am a die-hard Aldi shopper, but Aldi doesn't always offer many options outside of the basics. At Grocery Outlet, I found some nice treats like authentic kimchi, a good variety of Mexican foods, huge bags of rice, seaweed, Beyond Meat brand, and mango water ice, all for great prices. I didn't buy anything from the toiletries section, but they also seemed to have a good variety of products. I really liked my experience and the offerings at Grocery Outlet, so I'll definitely be adding this in my grocery store rotation. To me, it kind of feels like a name-brand Aldi. My wife and I shop there all the time.one.can find some good deals we love it as the best by date gets closer,the item gets priced lower.. example...I love silk almond milk.When they first arrive at grocery outlet,they are $4.00 each per half gallon .My wife and I went in this piticular day the best by date on the milk.was about to expire in one day..they had loads of them left and they were two half gallons for 88 cents.. that's right folks two half gallons for 88 cents.i purchased about 12 half gallons stored them in my freezer they will keep for another 5 or 6 months in your freezer. I have seen so many items at give away prices as the by best date nears. Oh yes everything is fresh..see...

Great store, guy who works security is regularly complaining about customers. I tried to leave through the front door after paying for my stuff to find the door locked. I turned around assuming someone would come unlock the door and he asked me what i thought I was doing. I told him I was trying to leave a store that was still open through the door and didn’t know what the protocol for being locked in was. He said I was stupid. I told him he was consistently rude when I am here (he has followed me to my car yelling at me twice now when I didn’t stay quiet while he insulted me to my face).
