A Flavorful Adventure at Applebee’s Grill + Bar
It all started with a craving—a craving for something sizzling, juicy, and full of flavor. My friends and I had been debating where to grab dinner, but the moment someone mentioned Applebee’s, the decision was made. We were on our way, dreaming of perfectly grilled steaks and mouthwatering appetizers.
As soon as we stepped inside, the warm, inviting atmosphere wrapped around us like a familiar embrace. The friendly staff greeted us with bright smiles, and within minutes, we were comfortably seated, menus in hand. It was tough to choose—their appetizer selection alone was enough to make us want to order everything.
We started with the Classic Combo, a perfect mix of boneless wings, mozzarella sticks, spinach and artichoke dip, and quesadillas. Each bite was a burst of flavor—the wings were perfectly crispy with just the right amount of spice, the mozzarella sticks had that satisfying cheese pull, and the creamy dip paired with warm tortilla chips was simply irresistible.
Then came the highlight of the evening—the steaks. I ordered the Bourbon Street Steak, and let me tell you, it was love at first bite. The sizzling plate arrived, sending up an aroma so rich and inviting that even the people at the next table turned their heads. The steak was tender, juicy, and packed with bold, smoky flavors, enhanced by caramelized onions and mushrooms. Every forkful melted in my mouth, perfectly complemented by the garlic mashed potatoes on the side.
My friend went for the Ribeye, cooked to a perfect medium-rare. The marbling made every bite extra rich and flavorful, and the buttery topping just sealed the deal. It was the kind of steak you remember long after the meal is over.
We laughed, we talked, and we savored every single bite. It wasn’t just a dinner; it was an experience—one filled with great food, amazing company, and the kind of flavors that make you want to come back again and again.
Applebee’s Grill + Bar delivered not just a meal, but a moment worth savoring. If you’re craving a perfectly cooked steak and appetizers that hit all the right notes, this is the...
Read moreI want to start of by saying my food was good nice and hot no complaints there. Here comes the Chaos. Waiters came out either 3 or 4 times to give us food we didn’t order so mix up there. Time for the bill. It was suppose to be 3 different checks but came up to be 4 different checks fine okay. I paid my stuff first which they gave me two checks which should have just been all in one. I had ask to remove things that Weren’t mine boom fine. Checks come back with even more items so am like um nope wrong again. Cool. I paid my first check which was the highest so I just put all my tip in the first check and didn’t tip on the second check since it was just one meal on the second. Paid my bill and left. My sister called me who was there with her family and a friend and said they charged her friend all this extra money and the waiter had the audacity to say it’s because the first person didn’t tip so the tip went on to his check 😂 first off tip is optional. I always tip no matter where I go and tip was giving the first time I paid but besides that point she had the nerve to tell him that it wasn’t her problem and he had to call me for reimbursement!! Like what!!! Finally my sister said management was called be either way who are to tell someone to call the person who was just there because you over charged him and talking about it had to do with a tip when it didn’t because even then the 2nd check would of been like a 4 dollar tip and you charged that man 20 extra dollars!!! Again tipping is optionally and if you looked at the 1st check you was tipped very well and I wish I haven’t!! Will not be going...
Read moreMy score is because my server yesterday 6/15 was not horrible but when she came to the table you could clearly see that her nose was running while she was taking our order she took and wiped her nose with her sleeve by then I was done with her being my server . I didn’t want to ruin Father’s Day so I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt that she was washing her hands. She still had the snotty sweater on . When she brought out food our two plates were resting on her right arm and my food was in her left hand resting on her left arm which is the arm were she wiped the snot from her nose . I was grossed out I couldn’t eat my food spoke with the manager regarding the situation he did apologize and said that he would remake my food Which he did, but I was still grossed out so I was not able to eat my food. I paid $85.91 for a meal that was not enjoyed. Even after I talked to the manager about this young lady serving people food with her nose running, he still allowed her to serve people food and didn’t make her take that sweater off . Applebee’s is one of my favorite places to go and the one on Aramingo is closest to my house, but I’d rather travel a further distance and be satisfied then to have service from a waitress, who’s hygiene is not good or who’s nose is running and she knows is running but continues to serve people and try to sneakily wipe her nose with her sweater. My whole experience was disgusting yesterday and I’m truly...
