Food is good, and cheap. But do NOT use their website so place an order. Placed an order 9/13/25 at 8:51pm for pickup at 9:15pm, using their website as recommended by google. The never received my order, even though I paid. I showed the girl my banking transactions and the emailed receipt showing that I did so. She tried to help, but when she asked her boss he told her to call the company they use and refused to just make it. She calls whatever company they use for their website who confirms that they received the order but didn’t send it over because they assumed it was a “ghost” order, but told her they sent my money to them already. So the plan was to steal from customers and not make the orders? They need to change to a different company, because that alone is illegal and deceitful. Then after she let the cook know to make it, he started to make comments to her that I couldn’t hear but made it clear that he didn’t want to make the order.

Again, food is great and cheap, and the young woman working the counter was polite and helpful. But her boss and cook, as well as this questionable experience will keep me from returning.

Do not use...

Horrible service, slow delivery, nasty cold food that is overpriced!!! When I worked at the mall and ordered for lunch... it took the driver 2 hours to finally find my store when I gave great directions.... I had to ask for a refund!

I move across the street from them....i order to give it another chance since businesses do have bad days.... 45 mins later for a delivery since they don't take credit card over the phone for pick ups.... My cheese steak was cold and soggy!!! Gross never again!! Horrible service! I guess the manager said "we just made it how is it cold, not even 30 mins ago"... we'll I got my order after 45 mins and it was cold... $8 for a cold cheesesteak I should have just went to Jim's Steaks...DONT ORDER FROM HERE take your hard earned $...

My wife and I like to travel - mostly the US and Canada. We have enjoyed pizza at many places. There are so many places with really good pizza, that it is impossible for me to identify one which served up the very best. However, I have kept a list of US pizzerias which I call “The Top Five” (even though there are more than five). Here they are: Philadelphia PA Artigiano Pizza Russo Cane, Dallas, Texas Lucca Grill, Bloomington, Illinois A.A. Pagliai’s, Iowa City, Iowa Pies & Pints, Charleston, West Virginia (there are several of these places) Abate, New Haven, Connecticut Blue Grass Pizza Parlor, Danville, Kentucky Pizza Lucia, Duluth, Minnesota Home Slice Pizza, Austin, Texas Red Zeppeliin Pizza, Baton Rouge, Louisiana Bill Bobe’s, Vincennes, Indiana. I...

This was a very very very flavorful cheesesteak. I got the steak Royal. $8. The sauce on this Cheesesteak was amazing. If I knew anything about cooking I would recreate this sauce and enter it into every sauce contest I could find. Now the horrible news, Complete roll failure. Because I have very strong feelings for this sauce and I'm feeling froggy I'm going to give a spoiler alert from my next video where they may have found a cure for roll failure. In my next video, this worked very well and there was no roll failure. I humbly suggest putting sliced cheese on the roll before the steak and sauce combination. Very good Cheesesteak experience.
