Beef Boss — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I found this place on my Facebook it came up on my timeline and for months I have wanted to try it but it always slipped my mind when it came time to order. Well yesterday I ordered for the first time, let me just say I was totally surprised! The beef, the gravy, the flavor, just all around a great sandwich my only regret is only getting one sandwich as I got stuck sharing with my boyfriend after he said he didn’t want any🤬. For me to be born and raised south Philly all I knew was nicks roast beef and for years it was my favorite but this beats nicks out of the park 1000 times over! My only negative comment is I wish you had more on the menu. I saw online you had meatballs I was disappointed I couldn’t order a meatball sandwich. Atmosphere... LOL... I'm glad there was a faded whiteboard that vaguely spelled out "Roast Beef Sandwich" or I would not have waited for the proprietor to come out from the back. Glad I waited. They are very rude! They lock themselves up as if you were coming to rob the store, and don't even smile or treat you like a customer, when picking up your food. Very ignorant! Roast beef was bland and the rolls are as small as a dinner roll. Sandwich was not worth $8.00 more like $2.00. They charge you extra for the hot peppers on the sandwich too! What a rip off!
