Honestly so disappointed. I live in the neighborhood, Bowled in A league here for years and just had my son‘s birthday party year and the ignorance was unreal. The lanes wouldn’t be turned on until my balance was paid like I wasn’t going to pay for my sons birthday party. If the communication was a little better I would’ve just paid upon arrival but any other time you just pay it at the end. When we first walked in the children were screamed at for running around Instead of just being talk to. If she would’ve just communicated like hey how are you say surviving your party here can you pay now there would’ve been no problem but the way things were handled were so rude and actually unprofessional.Like it’s for children’s birthday party their kids. I forget the guys name but he was so kind thank God for him. Such a shame because St Monicas has been a place I’ve gone to for years and for one person to ruin it for you is sad. There was no communication Except for wanting Venmo to her account. I think I’ve written two Google reviews in my life because I try to lift people up but this was so ridiculous and unprofessional and ignorant that I couldn’t help but write it. But everyone who showed up for my son and the happiness that was brought to my son from all that I did and what my family did is all that matters but it’s sad that one place And person can try to steal joy on such a happy occasion for a child is beyond me. You could tell that person doesn’t have children or isn’t good with kids. St Monicas in itself was a great place to have a party I just hope it was a personal thing and not everyone is...
Read moreWe decided to throw our one year old’s birthday party at Saint Monica’s Lane and it was a big hit! They have AC, the place was spacious and clean, and the staff were really nice and accommodating. They have 10 bowling lanes and plenty of room for us to bring food and BYOB. They have a separate room with turf for kids to play in. We brought a ball pit and the little ones had a blast. They also have a private room to accommodate nursing parents. Overall, a great venue for adults or children alike. Highly...
