Bella's Breakfast & Lunch — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I ordered an egg platter with cheese, potatoes w/onion and pepper and turkey bacon. Egg w/cheese was fried in oil (yuck), potatoes w/onion and pepper were edible (but could still taste so much oil) and the turkey bacon LOOKED good and was also edible. The cashier that took my order was very friendly. However, after I asked her were the eggs cooked in oil she got the manager/owner (unsure) and he expressed yes they do to prevent it from sticking to the grill. I understood the reason, however it didn't change the nasty taste of oil on/in my platter. I walked out with no resolution. As I walked around the corner, the man came out to me and said that he can remake them with butter. He remade them, forgot to add the cheese, he then added a slice of cheese on top of it. When I left, eggs still taste like oil with a HINT of margarine. Overall. Would not go back here again. That order came to $11.20. Wayyyy to much for oil and potatoes. Plus there was a almost $1.00 charge to use the card. 2 stars I'd the best I can...

I called to place an order and the woman who answered the phone was VERY RUDE. Attitude the minute she answered. As I’m ordering she hung up before I could finish. I called back to finish my order and ask for a total. Once I got there to pick up my food the service was even worst from her. She went on to tell me I didn’t order something but you hung up before I could get it out that’s why I called back to complete what I wanted, clearly I wasn’t heard or she didn’t care. If I wasn’t pressed for time I wouldn’t have picked up the order at all. One thing that’ll keep people coming back is great service and unfortunately I didn’t receive that here.
