Best In Town Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I never had a bad experience with Best in Town but today was different. I always order from this pizzeria. I ordered a medium sausage pizza with a cheesesteak. When we received my order it was incorrect. I received a plain cheese pizza with the cheesesteak. I didn’t mind I figured I would call and let them know tomorrow since I paid extra for toppings. It’s happened a few times but I never complained. My husband was in the middle of eating his cheesesteak and when he was chewing he felt something hard. He split it out to see what it was and it looked like a piece of metal so we immediately stopped eating. We started calling best in town to let them know what happened. After calling numerous times the girl answered and said we are closed and disconnected before my husband could speak. So we decided to go to best in town to show them. The manager opened the door. He was very nice and advised to speak with the cook. I spoke with the front girl and cook and advised I wanted to let them know of my bad experience and to show them what was in the cheesesteak. The cook said it was a black olive and I responded it is not a black olive it is something hard. So he picked it up and dropped it on the counter. He than brought the Spatula to show that is what he uses to cook. I advised I ordered from here and it was in my food so it must of came from here. He than became unprofessional and rude. He mentioned he would give me credit and I advised I would like a refund. He than became upset. I said my husband could of choked and he said it would of not been their problem. I called my husband to come inside and speak with them since the cook Thought I was lying and making it seem like it was my fault. I paid for something I would expect my food to come a certain way. I ordered food from here a week ago told the girl i was paying with my card she said they bring the machine i said before you put the order thru give me a minute she said ok called back 5 minutes later to tell her i was paying cash and not using my card she asked me what i ordered i told her she said ok...Now my food comes paid the guy an hour and 15 minutes later another delivery came same order i told them i already got my food the driver wanted to argue i hung up and called the restaurant the lady said your order is outside i said i got my food already why did y’all send it again boom conversation over....Now today i call to order something to eat and the girl puts me on hold comes back and said my manager said y’all ordered food twice and then said y’all didn’t i explained what happened and she says oh well I’m not taking your order....THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY...
