Normally don't have any problems out of Solly's they're a pretty decent pizza place, but for the simple fact that they messed up on our order and then had to have us wait an additional 45 minutes after they explained how they have other orders coming through which I completely understood, but our order was obviously way before those other orders, You would think just out of common courtesy as well as acknowledging the fact that you are human and it's possible that you heard wrong especially when we requested napkins and paper plates, didn't receive those either. You would think just out of common courtesy just to keep loyal customers they would of offered to send us out a free drink for the inconvenience. It was truly sad that they didn't offer anything to us for the inconvenience that was not caused on our part. So I thought let's take into consideration that they are busy, let's give them a call and see if they could send us a 2 liter for the inconvenience, that was a negative plus they wasn't that busy because they put me on hold to see if sending a free 2-liter out was a possibility the answer was a no. For the simple fact that we are loyal customers I didn't think they would have a problem with it, but I was wrong we will no longer be loyal customers to Solly's Pizza. As I'm writing this review the pizza that we originally had ordered finally finally arrives we did the exchange the driver took the wrong Pizza that they gave us the first time we officially waited 1 hr for the right pizza so all together it took us 2 hours to get a pizza, the pizza was cold when it arrived and they still forgot the napkins and paper plates. And for the record we gave the first delivery driver a $5 tip if we wanted we could have purchased our owna 2-liter, this experience does shows me that Sally's was never Worthy of our loyalty in the first place. I think Mario Brothers Pizza is way better anyway and if Mario's delivered to this area we most definitely would be loyal customer to them they are worth the drive. They are very down-to-earth people and they offer you paper plates and napkins without U having to request them. Thanks Solly's for showing me how much we actually meant to you as customers...
Read moreSolly Pizza used to be a great spot for tasty food, but like many restaurants, a change in kitchen staff or chefs seems to have impacted the quality. Years ago, their Cajun fries were particularly memorable, fresh and full of flavor. While the pizza wasn’t exceptional, it was decent overall. My only issue was with the crust, which tends to be soft rather than the thin, crispy texture I personally prefer. Aside from the fries and pizza, I haven’t explored much else on the menu, though on my last visit, a friend ordered a hoagie and enjoyed it.
The service has consistently been a strong point. Every time I’ve placed an order in person, the staff has been courteous and pleasant.
The restaurant has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. You might occasionally hear the front staff chatting with the kitchen, but it doesn’t disturb the overall calm environment. At the entrance, there’s a large statue of an Italian female chef that stands out. The dining space is quite limited, with just two seats available. It’s not ideal for eating in, especially when more customers arrive, as the area feels cramped. For that reason, I’d recommend placing a takeout...
