Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I ordered on line. Confirmation receipt said that it would be at my home around 4:30 I waited until 5 o'clock and never got my food. I called them and they said my food has left three minutes ago so I waited another half an hour never got my food. I called To ask about my food again, and the boy that answered the phone said "you ain't got your food yet" and asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. I said yes please and was on the phone forever I hung up. I called back and a young lady answered the phone she identified herself as the manager and told me that no one ever told her that she had a call. Then she said my food was still in the warmer it had not been delivered. I said at this point I just want my money back. she agreed to reimburse me. She calls me back a couple of minutes later and says that the driver had come to the house and called but since no one answered the phone, he left. I asked did he knock on the door? We were all in the living room so i know he never knocked on the door. She said ohhh he called, Then she had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted my food or if I still wanted my money reimbursed. I said I wanted my money back. They never reimbursed it! That ladies and gentlemen is called stealing. poor customer service and lazy delivery staff....

Extremely disrespectful service. Ordered at 6pm, called at 730pm to ask for an estimation as to when my food would be delivered (even though online it says it should only take half an hour to one hour). The person gave me a half-assed excuse regarding that it was saturday night and that they only had two drivers, not my problem at all by the way. I could make a similar order at another pizza place, somewhere local and get that order within the hour I placed it. When I told the worker that I would cancel the order after another 15 minutes, I received a very nasty response "Well I will just cancel it now, good bye" then hung up. I called again to get the name of the worker or the worker ID to put in a complaint at corporate and they had blocked my number. Little do these simpletons realize, other phones can be utilized. Continuing to ask for the manager led to the worker putting me on hold then hanging up after a minute.

Considering this place has a tendency of never being on time and now has this level of disrecpt, I will never order from Pizza...

First I was trying to go to Little Caesars for a deep dish pizza and 2 locations didn't have food but was open. Of course Little Caesars don't compare to the King of pizza which never disappoints which is Pizza Hut!!! The only 1 I go to is Castor and Rhawn St in Philly. All my other favorite locations are closed. I order online and don't need an app. I get rewards including free pizza's for ordering online. They always have a deal and send them to me by email. My food was ready in 10 minutes exactly and I ordered the Big Dinner Box 3 pizza's. It was fresh out of oven and being cut up and packaged in front of me. Very neatly packaged in sturdy box. Thick cardboard so didn't burn hand. Still super warm when I got home which is a 20 minute ride. Cost is affordable at $9 pizza which includes tax. Customer service is great and no line. Parking lot available and street parking. Food is great and we have leftovers for family of 4. Thanks Pizza Hut at Rhawn Street, always saves the day and consistent. Keep up the...
