Hello! My most recent visit to Skintastic Spa Boutique in Philadelphia was absolutely fantastic! I had a facial with Abigail, and she was so gentle and thorough - she's just amazing. She’s not only skilled and knowledgeable, but also so warm and attentive—she really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and cared for throughout the entire treatment. She took the time to explain each cream and each process while handling my situation.

Honestly, my skin has never looked or felt better! The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing, and the whole team creates such a welcoming atmosphere. She also suggested certain facial washes and creams for the rest of the month, which I highly recommend picking up a few bottles of what they have in store. I would also say I love their payment plans and future bookings that they have available- easy access appointments, excellent communication!

The place is clean and nicely decorated with a friendly and very welcoming staff. In terms of the service, Marta did an amazing job at my Brazilian wax. Used hard wax, which will work perfect if you have sensitive skin without causing any inflammation. It also last a few days longer.

Here is why I am giving 3star rating: my very first visit, I walked in asking for a half leg waxing service. Abigail and her friend told me Marta was not there that day but the friend could do it for me. I said yes. Neither Abigail or her friend new how to wax. It was clearly their first time waxing someone... how is that even posible? They both wanted to wax one leg at the same time, which I rejected. And it took 1.5 HOUR to wax me. HONESTY is very important for me and did not appreciate the fact they both lied to me. The second time I visited the place Abigail asked me to not say anything to the manager, otherwise she will get in trouble. And the only reason I went back, it is because of Marta. A friend recommended her and she was awesome.
