I placed an order for delivery at 9 pm on line I received my food completely wrong. I called back right away & the manager advised me to call the next day and talk to the owner because they’re closing in 5 minutes I did just that the next day at first I was told they’re very busy & the owner can’t talk to me I insisted to talk to him & when he got on the phone he basically called me a liar and that my order was fine. Then he said he wants the food back & when I told him I threw it out the night before he said he’s not going to refund or reorder. I got a wrap instead of a hoagie I ordered a kids chicken nugget they gave me TWO nuggets that were completely cold! Stay away from this establishment!!! Customer service is terrible they don’t respect their customers & there is always a problem with the order. They’re plenty of pizza places around that will be happy to get your business .Stay away!! you don’t get what you pay for and you’ll be dealing with a non professional owner that insults you for THEIR mistakes. We ordered tonight and clarified the ingredients we wanted on a Stromboli multiple times. When the food arrived we realized it was wrong, so we called and respectfully asked if we could get the correct food since the order was wrong. Whoever was on the phone tonight was disrespectful and had a lack of customer service. After being hung up on we called back and asked to speak with a manager to hopefully dissolve the wrong food issue with someone in a better mood and the same woman answered the phone and said there was no manager or person in charge to talk to. I’m not sure if she had a bad night but there was no way for her to talk to us the way she did. We are consistent paying customers and owners of a small business so we know how hard it is to deal with the neighborhood and customers etc. when they have issues but we also recognize customer service is the core to this business. Read moreI usually come here for the wings, which are decent, and decided to try a Jumbo Slice today. In the past, I’ve enjoyed their Jumbo Slice, but this time the slice I received was no larger than a standard slice you’d get at other pizza shops. When I expressed my concern to two employees, both insisted that it was in fact a Jumbo Slice. The response felt dismissive, to the point where another customer even questioned aloud, “That’s a jumbo slice?” Another employee, who did not want to be identified, confirmed that it was not what I had paid for.
The staff explained that “it depends on the cut,” which I understood, so I asked if I could get a larger cut that matched what was advertised. Instead, I was told they were “out of slices”……mind you, this is a pizza shop.This felt frustrating, as the situation could have been easily resolved.
My issue isn’t with the food itself but with how the situation was handled. As someone who values consistency and loyalty to the places I frequent, I left feeling cheated and gaslit. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off...
